Rymlig balkong med underbar utsikt över stranden och bukten - se soluppgångar och solnedgångar. Plattskärms-TV i vardagsrummet (55 ') och alla sovrum! Alla nya köksredskap och köksartiklar, inklusive en Keurig, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Pool på marknivå.
Mycket rymlig 1726 sq ft - med rymliga 9 'tak. Säker byggnad som kräver 4-siffrig kod för att ange. Vi är tvärs över gatan från 45th Street Village centrum - butiker och restauranger att äta. 5 minuters promenad till Seacrets & Convention Center. Central luftkonditionering och värme.

Great lication

The condo is much larger than I expected. Beach and bay views from the balcony, walk to mini golf, lots of eating options. We were able to easily find street parking for a third car.

2025 Fourth of July Vacation

My family enjoyed a beautiful vacation in a well appointed condo, full of comfort and every amenity you would need.Many memories were made at the beach, at the pool, and also watching the sunset on the deck in the evening.

Beautiful condo and great location!

This was a great place to stay for a girls getaway! The balcony was incredible with a view of the bay which was only a 2 min walk away and also a view of the beach again only a 2 min walk away. The owner was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and things to do....best trip ever!

Beautiful and convenient beach house

The house is so close to the water and makes the walk to the beach so easy! The house was great and the Miller family was so quick with all responses and providing us information on where to go and what to do each day.

Perfect beach escape

This property has views, location, and sophisticated charm. It’s a perfect home away from home. Well stocked and a two minute walk to the beach. The owner is fabulous and very attentive. We were treated like family.

Beautiful condo with a great location!

We stay in OC every spring and fall for the cruisin' car shows. This condo was in the perfect location with great views of both the bay and the ocean. It's beautifully decorated, has a large living room and very comfortable beds! It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach everyday and then head over to the Taphouse for dinner & drinks. We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo in Ocean City Maryland

This property was beautiful and just as advertised. The location was great. Block from the beach and close to an ice cream parlor yum! Would recommend to friends. Owner was very helpful with a few question that I had. Very prompt and friendly.

Wonderful condo!

We had our family there with us for almost 5 days. The condo was clean, very comfortable. We were able to cook meals together, eat together too. The washer/dryer was a Godsend with my young grandkids. We would definitely rent this again. The space for our family was amazing. The owners were so kind & helpful!

everything with the property was good: location, size, furniture, fixtures, appliances and decor etc. Only negatives were floors and carpet were dirty, and parking was really tight.

I highly recommend this place

I highly recommend this place! We really enjoyed our stay and the proximity to both the beach, bay and all the top bars that attract people to Ocean City (Seacrets, Macky’s, Fager). The condo was clean, more spacious than the pictures show and Rick responded within minutes of a text! I would rent this place again.

45th street in Ocean City is a perfect central location. We can walk to countless places - including Seacrets, O.C. Tap House, Belly Buster's, Ocean City Convention Center, Satellite Café / Coffee Bar, Bank of America across the street, shops and much more!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is a very modern, well maintained building of only 12 units. We have tall 9' ceilings and a whopping 1726 square feet. No need to feel cramped while on vacation. Two parking spaces under the building, plus street parking. Just steps to the beach! Our condo entryway has an area to place beach chairs and umbrellas just outside the front door. Since our building is secure with a 4 digit push button key pad - there is never a concern about chairs or boogie boards walking off in the night.
