Detta mycket bekväma strandhem har havsutsikt och har utsikt över poolen i Sand Point-området med restaurang, pool, badtunna, strandpromenad och tillgång till golfvagn. Och med fyra queen-sängar och fyra bäddar för barn, är våra fyra sovrum (plus loft) tre bad Anchor House / Guest Quarters den perfekta anläggningen för tre eller fyra par med barn.

Anchor House är övervåningen tre sovrum (plus barns loft) två badrum hem med en inre dörr / trappa som förbinder Guest Quarters som är bottenvåningen ett sovrum ett badrum lägenhet. De två hyrs tillsammans som en enda fyrbäddsenhet med tre badrum under högsäsongdatum och evenemang (eller individuellt bara i lågsäsongen). Vi erbjuder superkomfortabla queen-sängar, mikrofiber-soffor, klinkergolv, exklusiv kustinredning och tropisk landskapsarkitektur på en gata kantad med lika vackra hem.

Vi är också THE PRIME LOCATION för SandFest, som är en internationell sandskulpturtävling som hålls varje år i april. Det äger rum bredvid Sand Point-kvarterens privata strandpromenad över sanddynerna så att du till och med kan se händelsen hemifrån.

Njut av den friska spetsen av salt luft från däcken i detta vackra Sand Point strandhus. Känslan av vinden, ljudet från havet och vågorna som rullar till kusten kommer att kasta sina trollformler på dig. Port Aransas är en liten stad med 3000 invånare där besökare kan köpa räkor direkt utanför båtarna eller fånga sin egen fisk och få dem kokta på lokala restauranger. Cyklar, skoter, elbilar, golfbilar och vandrare finns i överflöd. Och här kan du fortfarande köra till din favoritplats på stranden och dela en solnedgångcocktail från din egen svalare eller ta din hund för en rusa i bränningen utan husdjurstillstånd. Convenient location

This house was perfect for our big group of 8 adults and 4 children. So convenient to the beach and eating places. The only thing that would make it better would be one more bathroom with shower upstairs. Other than that it was great!

Good place to stay, close to everything, spacious enough for 6 adults to stay comfortably. Could have been a little cleaner, no blankets to cozy up with and needs updating but overall very happy with our stay and would book again.

House was just a short walk from beach and was a breath of fresh air. We had the best time staying at the anchor house. Mathew and his staff are the best. Was there for whatever questions we had. I will be back!! Great time

The Getaway

Great weekend getaway. Would of preferred own connected bathroom with one of rooms on second floor but we made do. Dryer was not working well so it took a while to get towels to dry. Addressed the leak near the tub in the bottom floor bathroom. The a/c was nice and cool and beds very comfy. Will definitely come back again.

We had a good experience

House was a few minutes walk to the beach. This was important to us because we hauled tent, chairs coolers and toys with the cart provided and it was easy. There are many restaurants nearby and Close to stores if you get sick of eating out as we did. Bring your own indoor entertainment if you have beach heaters or kids in your group There is a grill but not in great condition so we didn't use it, which we would have loved to. There is also a pool literally out the back door but we didn't get a chance to use. Great deck upstairs which we thoroughly enjoyed. There's only one bathroom to share in the main sleeping area upstairs but it was otherwise adequate in terms of space. We had a good time here..hope you do too.

When we got to the house the house was full of sand the floor and beds. The floor had not been moped. For the amount of money we paid it was not worth it. When we walked in the house it had a nasty smell.

Great house for a family beach vacation - will be back!

Perfect for family or group vacation. Clean house, nicely maintained, nice linens & towels and plenty of room! We stayed here with 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies (1+). Several stair wells to be careful of with the babies, but we brought a baby gate and there were also a few already at the house. Also many beach toys in the garage that were great for the kids, in case you don't bring your own. Furniture has some wear, but to be expected in a beach rental. I stayed in the guest quarter bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Super cute beds for the kiddos on third floor loft w/ TV.. they loved it. Overlooks the pool and just a short walk down to the beach. No complaints at all & would definitely stay here again. Wouldn't recommend for more than 8 adults - 4 of the 12 sleeping spots are best for kids. Thanks for a great week!!

Would not stay again

Check in was at 4, and you have to meet the property manager at his office and would not meet us til 4, filled out paperwork, that should have been available on line to save time. Got to the house, housekeeping was not done and had to wait another 30-40 minutes to get in the house. We had a large group with us and the 2 showers; 1 on the bottom floor and 1 on the 3rd floor made it problematic. Overall it was ok, but would not stay there again.

Great Stay

The intake process was quick, even though management became a little sensative regarding the subject on security. Coincidently, when we arrived to the unit, we didnt immediately notice that the electronic lock door handle, on the main door was not functioning properly. It became evident that after a few tries to depart, and access the main door, that it would not function as intended, and required a little play with the handle for it to properly engage. They have a wonderful guest services, that went above and beyond when when they were told about the main doors lock, and did everything they could to get it to function. My compliments to them and all their efforts to get that lock functioning properly. The staff there will go out of their way to replace a defective lock. All in all, a convenient location by the beach. A great, staff that went above and beyond. Thank you

Nice place close to pool & walk to beach was close ,grill could be better but rooms nicely decorated washer & dryer on site is always a plus! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other friends

Beach Access

This property was very close to the beach. Only about a 2-3 minute walk. The pool was also right out the back door. It was a nice size for our group of 7. We also love that this area is golf cart friendly and you can drive on the beach. Thanks for a great vacation in Port Aransas! We will be back.

TERRIBLE ONLINE LISTING. Dishonest and cheating!

The listing says it is a house consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. When my family and I (consisting of 3 couples) were checking in we were informed the house has ONLY 2 and half baths + a shower outside the house. (It was still chilly to shower outside) (Not comfortable for the price we paid). We would have never considered a property like this one if the listing had been honest and accurate. The owner and Vrbo are dishonest and cheating. Be aware !!! First time and last one with Vrbo.

Anchor House

Matthew our host was very friendly and nice. Check in was quick and smooth. The house is great. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was well stocked with towels, TP, paper towels, there was dish soap and even some laundry pods. It is a very short walk to the beach, maybe 5 minutes. Only complaint would be that the couch is too small. Only 4 people could sit and there was only one chair in the living room. The couch is also very low on the back so you can't really lean back to relax. Also, watch out for the metal legs, a few of us stubbed ours toes on the legs. All in all we had a great time and would definitely come back to this house.

One of a kind beach house Port Aransas

Overall the house was fine for a large group and 2 dogs. Things we did not expect to encounter: - lots of live Rollie pollie bugs crawling around everywhere - broken dishwasher- had to hand wash dishes all weekend which was not expecting to do - 2 roaches found in master bathroom were pretty gross! We did however enjoy: - the space - the fact that the house was in a good neighborhood of beach homes - super close to the beach! -great house to include dogs in your beach vacay

Great house

Perfect space for my family. Love the layout and proximity to the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was there including a wagon to take stuff down to the beach. Love that there’s a garage and multiple entry points to the house. Outdoor showers were outstanding!! Great balconies. Floor was dirty and lots of rollie pollie bugs (dead and alive) everywhere. Could use better chairs around dining room table. Otherwise a great stay and recommend the property.

Fantastic weekend getaway

Had the best weekend in Port A. The house was great, beach and restaurant in walking distance and all the shops about 1 mile away. No complaints. We booked our summer trip already, can’t wait to be back in 2 months.
