Denna lyxiga Summit Lake hem ligger precis vid vattnet i Tuxedo, North Carolina.

Bara ett stenkast från 2 slip båthus med ett hopp ut plattform på toppen. Det finns en stor skärmad veranda och linda runt däck, också ett däck nära sjön med en utomhus eldstad. Huset har 4 sovrum och loft med en bäddsoffa. Det finns ett sovrum på bottenvåningen med en öppen spis och en king size säng med ett stort badrum med en klo fot badkar och duschkabin. Även på bottenvåningen finns ett litet sovrum med två enkelsängar perfekt för barn. Den översta våningen har 2 sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och eget badrum, den andra har en drottning säng och en uppsättning våningssängar. Badet ligger tvärs över hallen. Det finns också ett loft med en bäddsoffa.

Det finns en separat gästhus med en king size-säng med en privat badrum. Pensionatet har en egen Farstukvist.

Great place

Great place on a beautiful lake. Centrally located to Maggie Valley and Asheville. We used the indoor and outdoor fireplaces everyday. Kitchen is stocked with all the items you need. Had a great time

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful, excellent location! There are only two things I would change - the lighting in the bathrooms was way too dark and the pull out sofa bed in the loft was broken and not useable. But the rest of the house was so comfortable, I’d stay there again.

The pictures don't do it justice

We just could not capture the beauty of this home and lake views in a photograph or video. Anywhere you stand inside or outside the home, you feel absolute tranquility. The best part is the fully screened in porch where we sat every morning, enjoying the view of the lake while sipping coffee. The main house has 4 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms and there is a guest house with a king size bed and bathroom. 10 adults slept comfortably but there is room for 14. The home is fully stocked with everything you need (and everything operational) and is located right off of I-26 and about 15 minutes from Hendersonville where there are several restaurants. It's about 45 minutes to downtown Asheville and 30 minutes from DuPont State Forest. There is a boat house with a speed boat and pontoon and several kayaks. We decided to rent the pontoon, and the property manager/property owner accommodated us with only a moment's notice. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful

Great house w/screened porch and outdoor area w/fireplace for the evenings. Easy access to Flat Rock, Hendersonville, and Asheville.

Lake Summit home

This is a high-end property, spacious, beautifully decorated and appointed. It's location is excellent, one-hour from Spartanburg/Greenville. It is a short drive to Hendersonville, Flat Rock and Saluda which have great restaurants, arts and craft shops, farmers markets. other nearby attractions include hiking and kayaking. The lake is small but completely private and was not super busy. The property had a boathouse with a large dock suitable to sunbathe or fish from. There is also a option to rent a ski boat. There were kayaks, fishing poles, and plenty of life vests so we did not need to take much with us. Our family had a wonderful time. The owners are gracious and helpful!

Great house for a great family time

This house has all the amenities anyone could want. The owners are nearby and helpful. The pictures of the interior don't do it justice - it is beautiful and comfortable. The dock and boathouse are down the lawn from the house, instead of across the street from the house. There are gathering places for the entire family and quiet places to be alone. Cooking s'more after dinner in the outdoor fireplace was an evening treat for the kids and adults. The lake is beautiful and there are kayaks available to use. If you want to leave the property, there are opportunities for sightseenig and adventure nearby. I would recommend this house to anyone. We can't wait to go back!

Best house on the lake!

We have spend the last 4 summers at this wonderful house and we hope to return for many more. The house is charming and very well appointed with all the amenties you could want. The screened in porch overlooking the lake is where you will spend all your time! The whole house is very comfortable and is located on a secluded point that is located right on the lake. No steps to deal with! This is one of the most relaxing places and athe views are incredible. Highly recommend this fabulous house! Becky Barnes

This beautiful home is one of the few true lake front homes. Located on the same road as Camp Mondamin, this home is also close to Camp Greystone and Camp Green Cove.
