Exceptional home in a great part of the state

Spent part of our Spring Break in Fruita to take in the trails and activities. Excellent home with all of the amenities, and centrally located to the National Monument and multiple trail systems for mountain biking and hiking. Would definitely book again.

Granddaughters Arrival

I picked this location because it is close to my daughter’s house. Once we checked in it was just as nice as the photos indicated. Since there was only 2 of us we had lots of room. We will rent here again & hopefully be able to stay in Black Bear or another of the properties in this neighborhood. L

Easily a 5/5 rating overall, but know a couple small issues that might matter.

Absolutely gorgeous house, incredible value, great location. ZERO regrets. Just know if you are on a biking trip, there is no garden hose to spray off bikes after riding and they explicitly say they won’t provide them. Also the internet is adequate for streaming etc (download approx 250Mbps), but if you want to upload pics or video of your vacation each night, the upload speed of 8Mbps was prohibitively slow. Again, ZERO regrets, amazing place!! Just bring a little garden hose and plan on uploading footage after you leave ;). Thanks for the great stay!!! Easily a 5-star!

Small town, great house, fun MTB trails

Stayed at this Fruita house for a week with friends. Great house with lots of room for several adults, large two car garage. The minimal light pollution allowed views of the Milky Way and meteor showers-awesome. Great spots outside and in to gather and hang out. Make sure to visit Grand Junction a few miles away. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Wedding weekend

Came to town for a grandson’s wedding. Had a wonderful time and was able to host a rehearsal dinner. It was nice to have the space for guests in a relaxed environment. It will be a weekend our family will always remember.

Great rental for short or long stays

Spent a long weekend in the area after living there for over 50 years for a funeral service for my mother. With serveral family members attending it was more economical and pleasurable to rent a Vrbo and the Black Bear house was perfect for us. It was my 2nd time renting a vrbo and it was a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to search visit Fruita property management inventory to rent on my return to the area again.

Family surprise birthday party

This the second time we have stayed in this property. Very clean, very easy to use and the house is well stocked in the kitchen for cooking meals! We also used the concierge service for groceries because we were getting in late. This service was awesome! Thank you visit Fruita! You are awesome.

All that was promised...and more!

This home was in a very convenient location and had even more space than expected, so it was perfect for a family holiday get together. Being pet-friendly, with a fenced in back yard, made this a perfect choice that may become an annual tradition!

Fruita Mountain Bike Trip

Great location for mountain biking! Road the Lunch Loops, Western Rim and Mary's/Steve's Loops. Back yard nice with grill and fire pit. Good yard for Bocce Ball game. Plenty of space for 3 couples.

Perfect Getaway
