Misleading description of property and uncooperative host
If you're looking for a house or townhouse, this is neither of those. This is and feels like an apartment. There are two flights of open stairs leading to the apartment, which is not mentioned in the listing. We rented this property as it was listed as a "house" with no mention of steps. When we arrived, the parking situation was horrible and there were two flights of open steps in a dark corridor leading to the unit. When we contacted the owner regarding our inability to stay there due to an elderly family member unable to climb stairs and our 100 pound dog that does not do steps, her response was "we don't accommodate the handicapped" and refused to be fair about a partial refund after we spent only 8 hours staying there after traveling 15 hours and finding a hotel for our elderly family member to stay at. It was a nightmare and Kay-Tee was not interested at all in our predicament due to her misleading description of her property. Aside from that, her "welcome book" is about 20 pages long of fees she is going to charge you if you do this or that (including a fee if you leave a towel in the tub) along with other ridiculous rules. The beach is across the street but their access is down the street and a bit of a truck if you're carrying things. I will not be back and recommend you look elsewhere unless you want a lot of rules, an apartment feel with dirty stares from neighbors, and a very inconsiderate host.
