Great location. Enjoyed the beach, pool, fishing pier, and local restaurants. Wonderful place to stay. Couches could use updating, they are not very comfortable.

Memorial Day stay/Shipyard Park

Condo was beautiful, loved the ocean view and private beach access and pier! 20 min drive to Shipyard Park.

A Shaky 4 stars-needs new property management

The location of this property was great as it was close to the beach, near shops and restaurants. The complex had its own private, gated pier, which was very nice. The grocery store was within walking distance. It is also only about a 30 minute drive to the airport. It was easy to get to other attractions from here like the USS Yorktown or downtown Charleston as well as other nearby islands. The check in process was very easy and within walking distance to the villa. Parking in the complex seemed ample with no issues. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice enough from a distance. The kitchen was nicely updated and well-stocked with dishes. The bathroom was nicely updated. The posted instructions on how to turn the shower on were incorrect though. The property itself could be a lot better with a few minor improvements. If I had to guess, a lot of things have not been updated since the last update in 2015. The couches needed to be replaced. The TVs were very small and the cable did not work. The cable box on one TV was literally hanging down under the TV by a cord and had duct tape wrapped around it. The cable TV remote in the master bedroom was absolutely vile to the touch and needs to be replaced. The master bedroom has blinds in it, but the light

Wonderful stay in the beach!

This apartment was steps away from the beach, pool, and restaurants. Ideal location! Gorgeous view of the ocean. We watched the sunrise over coffee each morning on the deck. The place was immaculately cleaned and had nice amenities like a serving tray for eating on the deck. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Nicely remodeled!

Lovely upgraded kitchen & bath, nice decor, kitchen well stocked. Nicest Sea Cabin we've stayed in overall. Bathroom needs hooks for hanging towels/clothing. Living room tv far too small and not a smart TV ( Xfinity cable was disappointing, & no Netflix Amazon, etc capability). Wifi was excellent, so we streamed Netflix on my laptop. Bedroom needs blackout curtains or shade to block the outside floodlight glare. And housekeeping needs to NOT pile spare comforters on top of the bedroom cable box...blocked vents can kill the box or cause a fire!

Loved it

Only problem is that the directions to turn on the shower are wrong. We actually thought it was broken. My daughter figured it out the 2nd day. Maintenance man said it happened before “Change the Directions - for the next folks Other than that it was Devine

Great Little Condo

I've stayed at other condos in this condo community and I would say that this one is more updated than most. Great location right on the beach with ocean views. There is also a pool and laundry on the property also. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Oceanfront and convenient

The property was clean and check in was easy. The complex was clean and the security guard was friendly and helpful. The property was oceanfront which was great as we spent 5-7 hours ar the beach and were able to take bathroom breaks and grab lunch. The property was close to restaurants that were easy to walk to and the restaurants were good! We are ar Lawrence’s, Coconut Joes and IOP pizza. Overall great location and great experience!

VACATION SEA CABIN 342-C, March 5-10, 2022

We absolutely LOVED our cabin with the PERFECT VIEW OF THE OCEAN and Pier where I hope to have my ashes spread to the wind there when I leave for my heavenly home.

Great

Sea Cabin 342-C was wonderful! Everything was clean, stocked and comfortable! The patio was terrific with great ocean views and we loved listening to the waves! Only issue is having to carry all your stuff up to the third floor and then down when you leave.… no elevators.

Weekend family trip

Our family stayed for a long weekend. The condo is located on the Sea Cabins property and is within a 5 min walk to a gas station, park, and several restaurants. The condo was fairly clean and has a nice balcony facing the pier and ocean. The areas of improvement would be to fix the sliding screen door to the balcony as it was a hassle to use. The bedding was also very uncomfortable. The mattress in the bedroom is folding/collapsing in the middle and needs to be replaced as it caused back pain. The bed in the hallway was also uncomfortable and my teen had to sleep on the couch because the mattress had no cushioning or give to it. It’s a nice unit but the bedding needs work.

Ok New Years Stay

The property is like the pictures on the listing. You do have to go get your parking pass at the office at a different address before you stay at the property. We did have issues figuring out how to work the shower but after a few calls the maintenance guy called and explained it to us. Although the property is pretty the mattress is AWFUL!! There is a sag in the middle, the bed is so uncomfortable and it moves so bad if your partner moves.

Perfect condo for 2 and great location!

Loved the bathroom! Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. The location is awesome. We walked to dinner most evenings. Ideal condo for a couple spending 2-4 nights. More than 2 people would be cramped. Only downside was there is no elevator. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and would book here again for sure!

Ok But Not Great

The view was nice from the balcony and the unit was recently refreshed with high quality updates. However, the screen door to the balcony was dilapidated and difficult to open an close. Also, the shower was difficult to figure out how to use. Lastly, checkout was too early at 10am and having the cleaning crew banging on our door at 9:15am was unacceptable. We likely will look elsewhere for our next visit.

Small but nice

The apartment was clean. Kitchen was well stocked (particularly for its size). From what we could tell, probably one of the nicer units. However, the apartment is very small (<400sqft) - more like an efficiency. No dining table; half a closet (at best); the double bed (it is not a queen size bed) fills the bedroom; and the twin bed is in a nook in the hall. Apartment is part of a larger complex and is next to large (and apparently very popular) public beach.
