Loved the price and location

Very affordable and only half a block from a beautiful beach! This was our first time staying at an inn where you don’t just walk in and check in with a reception desk so I wasn’t sure what to expect but arriving at and finding and getting into our room went seamlessly. I did not ever call Vacasa guest service so I cannot rate that. The room was reasonably clean with the exception of the bit of sand residue that is everywhere in a beach town. My husband has back issues and it was hard to find him a comfortable place to sit or relax while in the room other than laying on the “ok” bed or slightly broken down office chair, something I hadn’t thought about ahead of time (this was our first family vacation in 6 years) but was all pretty reasonable considering the excellent price and location 😊

No like as the pictures show

I stay in this place for new year’s eve . The place is not what pictures shows. Technically it’s but, it wasn’t very clean. I have a pet friendly room and there was hair in the mini fridge and it wasn’t clean the all. The balcony was nasty, birds poop everywhere and they place the needles rack to scare the animals, and this is awful, the smell… The next door people was dragging the furniture like very lauded morning and night. Mattress are very uncomfortable. It is not expensive but I won’t stay there ever again. I try the “coffe” it was horrible ir was like poison. “Don’t ever drink that”. The experience for two nights was awful, horrible. There is no view to the beach, it is too the road, so you have the traffic noise throughout the day and night. Poor maintenance, bad paint, horrible coffee. The management company should invested in better solutions, make the guests experience a happy memory.

Pics are deceiving

There is no air conditioning. Room doesn’t look like the pics. Old building with paint and new furnishings. Door was sketchy. Too much $ for what we stayed in.

Not fancy, affordable and close to shops and fresh seafood

It was easy to get checked in. We had a quiet room with a balcony, although there were pigeons nesting over the light. We just left them alone due to hatching baby birds. It was clean on the inside and had designated pet towels ready for the puppy. The accordian door between the beds is thick and kept the noise down. Keep in mind, it does leave one side having to open it in order to get access to the rest room. It didn't bother us and allowed the sleeper a perfectly dark room when shut. The other side had the balcony so if you need a dark room choose the other side.

You want to be right next to the beach?

Well this place is next to the beach and did not cost a fortune. This place was pet friendly and very quiet. Things may not be upscale but it worked for us especially for the price! It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and not too far from other towns to go to and enjoy. I would recommend this place for sure.

Yes the room itself looked the same as the pics but I was nervous as to why the outside of the building was not shown. It is because this is a motel, not a condo. We ended up quickly finding a different place to stay for our second night. Neighbors were very loud and didn’t respect mask rules for covid.
