Better than rosemary beach

Beautiful unit , gorgeous new master bath,Loved the location. Easy walk to all of rosemary beach events but didn’t have to deal with crowded pool or beach. Great pickleball courts. Can’t wait to come back

Beautiful view of pool and ocean-very close to the beach.

Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. Large washer and dryer and plenty of room for two families. I would stay here again.

10 o’clock checkout??

The 10 O’clock checkout is an hour too early. Offering a later checkout at additional cost is just wrong. Great property though.

Our best trip ever!

We have been vacationing at Rosemary Beach for years and this trip was the best ever. Our unit at High Pointe had the most amazing view of both the pool and the ocean! The time we spent in the condominium was absolutely unreal! I could not recommend staying here enough! We will be back for years to come!!

Amazing condo

The condo was nicely decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. We had most everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was pot holders and another frying pan. Other than that the kitchen had the utensils we needed to cook. We had rain almost everyday but still had a great time and the location was perfect.

Beautiful December vacation

I was very lucky to have spent 30 days in a classy condo at Highpointe resort The unit was beautiful anything I needed was taken care of immediately. Could not have been nicer .

High Pointe 2421

I would have given this place a 5, but we had too many issues with the wifi and we had 1 guest that visited from another property down the street that was kicked out several times for no reason. We were told guests were allowed in the beginning and then in the middle of the week they changed their minds. I appreciate the security, but a couple of the security personnel were over the top rude.

Nice condo, great location, a bit overpriced.

This is a nice condo with an excellent view! For the price, I do believe the kitchen should be nicer, a better trash can is needed and the overall place a bit cleaner. Also, the sliding glass door to the patio was annoying to open. Overall, this is a nice, updated condo that we were happy with at the end of the week. The view and location are excellent. If you know the area, it’s across the street from the Seacrest peddlers shops and a couple of blocks from Rosemary. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The pool doesn’t open til 8:30 and closes at 9:00 pm. And just know that Crabby Steve’s closes for the entire day if/when it rains. Overall though, the condo was nice for our large party. We paid nearly $8000 a week…I would definitely stay again if it was less, but not at that price point. Also, Vacasa never fixed an issue we had, even though they responded to my texts. The master bedroom has a wonderful view and the other single bedroom (a queen, not a king as listed) has a fun view of the shops across the street. It’s a bit of a task to get to pool and beach from condo. The two free bikes were easy to access and a nice addition. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, etc…they’re aren’t enough for an entire week stay.

Just okay

We have stayed at High Pointe for several years now, I have to say I was very un-impressed with this rental. It wasn't the cleanest upon arrival. Dust on the dressers and dirt on the floor. It did the job for the week, but just not super impressed. Everything inside is very old could use updates. The dryer specifically did not dry clothes so we ended up taking lots of wet clothes home because they had been cycling I the dryer for a day and were still very wet.

Loved our stay. Gorgeous view from the terrace. Beautiful home. Very well equipped. Super clean. Perfect location. Easy to get assistance if needed. Wish we didn’t need to wear the wrist bands but that didn’t negatively impact our stay. Already looking at booking for next year.

Very large nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay at High Pointe. This is the second time we've stayed there and this was a new unit for us. The decor is nice and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. I like that you can see down to the pool and hot tub in case your kids go there while you are in the unit. They give you 2 pods for dishwashing and 2 pods for the washing machine which is great so you can wash your clothes and use the dishes while you are there easily. Remember to bring trash bags as they only give you one big plastic trash bag in the kitchen then just small bags with the bathrooms. We needed a couple more trash bags so we ordered some. The ice maker makes plenty of ice so we didn't need the ice bag we purchased.

High Pointe 2421 in Seacrest FL

This was our second stay at High Pointe and we love the location, pool, beach access, Crabby Steve’s, complimentary beach setup and bicycles. We really liked the condo views, layout, kitchen utensils and cookware, and comfortable master king bed. We were disappointed in smoke smell right when we opened the front door. My wife has a keen sense of smell and I smelled the smoke odor as well. Vacasa came immediately to spray which helped make it be not so powerful but should be addressed since it is a non-smoking condo. The hot water heater needs to be replaced as we had six in our party and only two could get showers with hot water before it would run out and other had to take cold showers or wait until more hot water was available. Vacasa wanted to get measurements for the water heater so it is on their radar —- I just wish it had been done before our stay. Bathroom drains and sinks needed to be unclogged due to slow drains and we called in for maintenance on Wed morning and checked out Friday so not sure if it was ever done. Thanks Greg D.

Beautiful view. Nice space.

This property is on the top floor of its building and has nice living space. The view of the pool is very nice and the beach is somewhat visible as well. This is our second visit to this property and we would stay there again.

Great Location, needs a deep clean

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Our first complaint was that there were 0 extra blankets. All beds had a very thin blanket. We called for extras the next day, and none were ever brought. Also-It really needs a deep clean.

Cleanliness of Condo

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of condo. The floors were very dirty, large smudges on sliding glass door windows for patio, under the beds are simply filthy, the master bedroom bed had dust and sand Residue on headboard, end tables, dresser. It was like a fast pass over of cleaning.

Great unit, but A/C was out last 2 days of stay

The unit was good, spacious, well stocked kitchen items, and clean. I called for A/C maintenance and was told it would be serviced. No one showed up. We stayed it an extremely hot unit for our last 2 days of our stay. Asked for a refund for those 2 days, but no reply yet.
