Nice getaway

Great location, clean and spacious enough for two adult and a medium size pup! This property is attached to another cabin like property so you can hear people through the door that separates the two. Not a big deal as people are usually quiet and respectful! The only thing I must say, we were there two year ago and the box spring under the mattress was very squeaky and still is! Hope they change this before our next visit!

Cute little room with easy access to the beach and local food and entertainment super close by. Clean, tidy and quiet, perfect little getaway location!

No never again

This was the worst room I ever stayed in. The bed broke the 1st day no TV service, sink was loose toilet crooked. The best part of my stay I must say is Vacasa customer service, they helped me to move to another inn which was way way better. It took a while to move but once I got to the new location I forgot about being angry, very nice accomodations. Thank you Vacasa for saving my vacation from a terrible time.

Squeaky bed & a fresh coat of paint.

It was a basic room. We couldn't leave the window open because there was no screen. The toilet paper holder was missing. The mattress squeaked so loud that just climbing in and out of bed was enough to wake up the other person. It was mostly clean, and freshly painted. They missed a few spots while painting, and it was light in some areas. Several places should have been repaired before the paint was applied, though. The pass through door to the front side cottage was just a regular door. Even with a towel wrapped up to block some from underneath it we heard the other occupants much louder than we would have liked to.

Great location, okay room

Location is fantastic! The beach is a block away, there is a beautiful trail through a cedar reserve about a mile away, and its surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and there was no struggle for parking, but the bed frame was very cheap and not put together properly so we ended up moving the mattress to the floor so we could sleep. It was also not advertised clearly that this was an adjoining room, and I would not have booked knowing that. We could hear out neighbor's conversation and TV shows word for word, and I'm sure they could hear us too. We also had brief issues with our neighbors smoking and the smoke coming under the door that connected the rooms because of the large gap, which was difficult because I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I would probably try staying here again for the right price, but would try to get a different room.

Simple and good

Good location. Bed could be updated. Small size and adequate for our needs. Older foundation with nice updates (floors and BR). Fridge wobbly could use some stabilizing. Overall a good value that for our needs.

The bathroom fan quit working. The fridge wobbles from uneven feet. The neighbors might as well be in your room due to no insulation between the two units. Watch out for the creepy black van that hooked an electrical cord to the building.

Very Clean

Very clean, A good place to just sleep. The only negative is this is the second unit of a single houses split by a locked door that has a gap at the bottom. The gap makes it less private nothing is private between the two units 😉😉😘

Nice and affordable near ocean

I stayed here to complete a writing assignment and it worked well for that purpose. It was quiet but there is no insulation between the adjoining room and you can hear every footstep. This didn't bother me but is something to be aware of. The beach is just a few steps away. Strongly suggest booking room 115, which is on the side toward the ocean, rather than 114, which faces the highway. Overall it's a great (and rare) affordable option near the ocean, but not walkable to shops and restaurants.

Disappointed

VRBO listing for most part accurately reflects the room. But it was cold and drafty (front door needs weather stripping at bottom), the mattress was very uncomfortable, and electricity went out the last morning. I’m usually very pleased with Vacasa homes, but not in this case 
 very disappointed!

A room to lay your head.

A small room with a bed, dresser, T.V., table with 2 chairs, microwave and night stands. A nice size bathroom with plenty of clean towels. A 1 cup coffee maker. Not much else. But the price is right if you intend just use it for sleeping. There are no kitchen items at all for serving a even a microwaved meal. The places to eat are very limited and close by 7:00. So plan ahead! You will be watching TV sitting on the bed. Bring a back support and head rest! Great location with the beach just around the corner. We were able to park in front of the unit, no problem. So if you are on a budget or making last minute reservations(as we did) this works quite well.

Not comfortable

Unlocking the door was a challenge ge and called vacasa. Someone was sent out to help immediately and he got there super quick. Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable and our backs were hurting within a few hours. The worst part was how humid it was in the room and no window screens or window locks so we couldn't really leave the window open for fresh air. No A.C. just a stand up fan. We could also hear the family on the other side of a locked sliding door adjoining our rooms. In town, restaurants were mostly closed by 7pm and we had to drive to Tillamook for dinner.

Squeaky Bed

I guess with this rental you get what you pay for. It could use a window screen so you can feel safe having the window open at night. It’s in a busy ally with absolutely no view. It is walking distance to the beach though. You will probably not get a parking spot, so plan on parking in the street. The bed was ok, but really really really squeaky. If you are OCD, don’t rent this because the wall paint was sloppy and the picture above the bed was way off center. The hooks and toilet paper holder in the bathroom all fell off. Other than that, it was ok.

Beautiful

This place was a quaint quiet place that was clean and lovely! The parking was a complete mess tho. People would park in the spots and walk to the beach or the condos across the street.
