Walk to the beach was very short. I love this location. I like to cook breakfast in the morning, the only negative thing was the cookware was scratched bad everything I tried to cook stuck to the pan. Besides that, I would give the stay a nine out of ten!

đŸ€Ł Our 4yr old son loved his vacation holiday house. This house was a walk away from everything including the sand and waves on our feet. Our Family will stay here again ❀ thank you for your welcoming home.

Review

The lock on the door is very poor quality doesnt work well at all. The front doir is nasty.. the room was ok not the cleanest. There were scratches on wood flooring. Fridge had hair in it.

We enjoyed three days with a good bed and full well stocked kitchen. Furniture was nearly new and clean. No complaints. A bit of finish painting would make it perfect. We would definitely go back. It was a great value.

Don't Judge a Book by it price 😉

I cannot complain since we were lucky enough to find such a bargain for our last minute trip. I was a little worried as the price was so low but quite pleased once we walked in. I especially loved the location. It is literally 1200 ft from the ocean and the beach is beautiful! Bonus was Dollar General is within walking distance so you can stock the fridge. Great prices too!

Great price and location

It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach. the place was pretty clean. the kitchen was stocked up with plates, bowls, silverware, pans and cups. Check in was easy and didn’t have to deal with any people. The price was great for 2 nights with a dog. The couch was comfortable and had a hide a bed. This place is quite a bit different than it was 6 years ago. We’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

Price was just right! Cannot be beat. The location, perfect. Less then a block away. Floors felt like there was sand all over and we had not even went down to the beach yet. Family vacation

The location to the beach was just a short walk. The kitchen was well stocked. We expected the place to be clean since there was a significant cleaning fee. The floors were dirty with dust and sand. The bedsheets and pillow cases smells with makeup stains and there’s lots of noticeable stains on the pullout futon. The whole place smells old and musty. It was not a pleasant stay for us.

Our stay

Not the best experience, since the sheets and the blanket where full of pet hairs and humans hairs. I called and let them know I couldn't sleep in a dirty bed. They addressed the issue till the next day. Not a pleasant experience at all. Not recommended.

Essentially just a Motel Room with full Kitchen

This location kept us out of the rain, but was no better than a cheap motel room with full kitchen access. One bedroom and bed were fine, however sofa bed was absolutely atrocious, did not lay flat, and while a mattress cover was provided, the actual mattress was disgusting with multiple stains. There is significant need for floor covering such as rugs to help catch sand, and something has to be done about the noise from the attached unit as well as how sensitive the smoke alarm is!

This place had all the basics and not much else. The location was just what I was looking for at a price that was fine with. The property was clean but the grounds were not in good shape and my room had quite a few fly’s. When I asked for a fly swatter the management company said they could not provide me with one and that was the property owner’s responsibility
 it appears as if the Vacasa just deals with the booking and cleaning of the property and the maintenance is up to the property owner’s. Overall the place was clean but in need of love and attention. Not much pride in ownership which is sad because this place could be way better.

Dirty and creepy

Upon arrival we noticed there was dog hair everywhere and felt like the floors had not been cleaned in a very long time and when getting into the bed there was dog hair inside the sheets. As for creepy, we arrived after dark and was just us 2 girls, when we first walked in it seemed decent but when walking down the hall there is a door with no knob that was cracked open that looks like it goes to another smaller condo. The access space to the is also right about the bed and the bedroom has a door that had a hand written note stuck to it that read “DO NOT OPEN” that again went to the mystery room next door and had no lock on our side. There is also only one wall heater in the whole place that’s in the bedroom.

Good value

Overall was a good value for the cost. Pro - close to beach access, inexpensive, easy to get to various local areas, accurate to picture and description. Quiet neighborhood. Cons - shares back wall with another unit and the door/wall are so thin it's like having them stay with you as well. We could hear EVERYTHING. All hardwood, so our dog was driving us nuts with nails on the floor. Stocked kitchen with utensils, but would be nice if just at least salt/pepper were provided. Also, kleenex would be appreciated. Internet and Cable were not 100% functional. The mattress cover on the pull out sofa was dirty when we first pulled it out. Definitely older plumbing cause you can get frozen and scalded in the span of a couple minutes in the shower.

Like this funky place!

It was cute and close to beach, pizza, store and junk shop. Bed was super comfortable and unit was very clean. Oonly downside is there is an adjoining door to another unit with a large gap so you will hear anyone staying there and smell their cooking.

Decent little place!

We got the room separated from the rest, so that’s always nice! Very spacious! Was clean. Definitely some wear on kitchen but everything worked. The only thing we had an issue with was the fire alarm. It went off twice from us just trying to use the oven. Sorry neighbor!

impressed but wondering..

This place #114 was worth what we paid. It appeared that they tried and mainly did upgrade this location but still need to finish a lot of the small stuff. Nice paint color, beautiful updated kitchen, modern flooring. Comfortable bed in separate bedroom and a good size bathroom. Fully stocked with plenty of supplies (maybe you could had a second coffee packet). Hopefully the small stuff will be completed (touch up paint on walks, clean/new switch plates, paint front door, clean heater grills/vents etc). This was a first floor lodging, with a ramp entrance. It was perfect for us. We would stay here again and request #114.

We were lead to believe there had been updates to this home we had stayed in. There was new flooring and some sloppy painting done. The sofa had stains all over.The sink in bathroom was not draining. Our TV was shut off on day 3 and never restored. We left on Friday Oct.1 . Never once was there a call back to address the TV issue. Very upset and angry at the way you do business
