Lovely home and location

Our family had a wonderful time in this house, the little cousins had a room full of bunk beds which were perfect. We were in walking distance of the pool and the beach(10min). The home was spacious and perfect for 3 couples and 4 little ones.

Parking was very tight and no room for kids to play. Kids playing ball in the street riding bikes. Exactly what kids should do just in a safer place.

Beware of description

Overall house was okay. Disappointed that the description said three king rooms and it only had two. This was a huge huge disappointment and we would not have booked if we would have know. House is about a 10 minute walk to beach. Community pool is amazing. There were plenty of house hold items so no disappointment there. Outside patio needs a little attention we found glass and cigarette butts. We cleaned it up so our kids did not get into.

Family vacation

We loved the house and the location was good. A short walk to the beach and about a block from the pool There is also a van that will pick you up and bring you back from the beach The house is well stocked with towels and the kitchen is well stocked as well

We rented several houses in the Villages of Crystal Beach for our wedding weekend. All of the houses were very nice and spacious. The location was awesome! Minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shopping centers. We will definitely book again in the future. We are only giving 4 stars for parking. The houses are listed to allow parking for 3 cars. The driveways are too small to fit 3 cars and signs are posted everywhere that your vehicle will be towed for parking elsewhere! If parking were better we would definitely rate these rental houses 5 stars.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and everything was prefect from the 1st day to the last day. My large family 6 along with my cousin wife and child and the wife’s best friend. Needless to say the home accommodated us prefect. The kitchen is small but it provided us with several great meals. Pool is a very short walk and the beach is a half mile away. Everything was great and the neighborhood is cozy

Spring Break Success!

This house was perfect for our spring break trip. We had a party of 8 and there was more than enough room. The house was clean when we arrived and we had no mishaps during our stay. The community is charming and things weren't too rowdy eventhough it was spring break. The walk to the beach is pretty short, but far enough that we ended up renting bikes for the kids. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, and the community pool is fantastic and only steps away from the house.

Great home

House was just what we needed for our family. We loved the gated community and beachy looking homes. We loved that it was dog friendly so that our pups could enjoy the vacation with us. It was not too far from the beach and very close to the commons. We would definitely stay again.

Trash Pile-up at the Village of Crystal Beach

The property wasn't to far from the beach, walking distance, the inside of the house was nice and clean for the most part but there were two smelly trash cans full of trash and bags of trash left from the previous renters on the front walk up (that I feel should've been removed by the cleaning crew). I called to report the issue when we arrived on Thursday, I was told it would be taken care of. Friday morning the trash truck ran but no pickup because the cans were not beside the road, I guess. I called again to inform front desk what was going on and was told again it would be handled. We checked out Sunday morning, the trash was still there and something had started to tear into the bags.

Great location!

This is our third stay at a house in The Villages of Crystal Beach and this one was great! Kids could walk to pool and ride their bikes as this house was on a quieter street.

Nice family spot and convenient location

Clean and convenient location. Pool in neighborhood fun but busy. Only real downside is lack of smart TVs or Roku/Apple TV for streaming. Otherwise a great trip!

Winter Beach Getaway

Friendsgiving

We decided to have one last trip before winter. We picked sunny Florida. This was a perfect house for our two families to celebrate thanksgiving together. Easy walk to the beach. Nice heated pool for fall temps.
