Denna fantastiska tri-nivå-enhet har en vacker sjöutsikt från toppen av sluttningen i Carnelian Bay.

Kaklat inträde på lägsta nivå leder till två sovrum; en med sjöutsikt, däck, plattskärms-TV och ultra-plysch king size-säng, den andra med bekväm drottning säng och söt fönsterplats. Dessa två sovrum delar ett nyligen uppdaterat badrum. Staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare i korridoren.

Upp en flygning till mittnivå vardagsrum med mysig skinnsoffa och fåtölj, fjärrstyrd gasspis, matbord för 7 plus 3 barstolar vid köksbänken, stor HDTV / DVD med ljudsystem och däck med gasgrill. Trevligt uppdaterat kök har nya skåp och underbara bänkskivor i marmor. Sovrum med drottning säng och nyligen uppdaterat badrum är också på denna nivå.

Den översta nivån är ett rymligt loft med fyra enkelsängar och gott om plats för barnen att spela spel.

Property was clean and well stocked. Only complaint was the shade in the bedroom wouldn’t open so we couldn’t use that patio door. They did inform us that a new shade was ordered. We enjoyed being able to take our dog. Would stay here again.

Amazing experience! The condo was in great condition and even nicer than depicted in the photos. The management company was incredibly easy to work with. They sent clear instructions in advance and followed up quickly on our questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Lake Tahoe.

Great Location and Property

Great access to Carnelian Bay, easy walk to several places. Property is in great shape and clean. Checkin was simple and effective. Was a perfect place for our family to stay.

WONDERFUL TAHOE GETAWAY

This very nice condo in Carnelian Woods is a wonderful place for family vacations, many things to do especially the nice clubhouse with ping pong pool table and many tables to eat dinner or lunch beautiful pool and hot tub everything about Carnelian Woods is great, staff very friendly and helpful and the place is immaculate! We had 12 family members with children as well and we all rented our own condo. The condo we stayed in was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen, bedrooms very nice, and plenty of towels for the bathrooms, tv’s had streaming and Wi-Fi was available. We enjoyed our stay and will definately be returning next year.

Great Property with a Great View

The property was as advertised. It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely stocked with whatever we needed. The view of the lake from the deck is beautiful and the coffee shop at the bottom of the hill was a plus. We will definitely stay here again.

The living and dining area are nicely furnished and offer a view over the lake and wooded area. The renovated kitchen has everything one may need for cooking or baking, including spices. Beds are comfortable; the main bedroom has a nice view as well. There is some extra empty space in the loft that could be used for an air mattress or children play area, if needed.

The unit was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and everything worked well. The Carnelian Woods complex has an excellent rec center and is right across from a small beach, and centrally located between King's Beach and Tahoe City. First Accommodations' communications were helpful and the agency responded quickly when we had questions.

Perfect place for a family of 9!

This property met all of our expectations for cleanliness, convenience and distance to the lake, and was a great value for sleeping up to 10. The 3 level layout worked well for privacy and spaciousness between the two rooms and bath on the main level, one room and bath on the mid level, and the bunk loft on the third level was perfect for the teens. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking large meals, and the BBQ and large dining table came in handy. The clubhouse with large pool and 2 hot tubs was enjoyed by all. There was plenty of parking right out front. We will definitely book here again!

Great Condo

Loved the grill on the deack and the gas fireplace. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking non isuue. About 20 minutes to Squaw and Alpine Meadows, 12 to Tahoe City and 25 to Truckee. A nice pretty good view of the lake as well. Great communication with propert Manager. No issues at all. Would 100% stay again.

Great spot

Great location and nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans were in good condition and we had everything we needed. Only thing is that the lower floor stays pretty chilly unless you turn the heat up really high, but then the top floor gets too warm.

Large enough for multiple families, cozy enough for apres-ski, and awesome outdoors for the kids to sled and play a mean game of snowball.
