Familj / par Mysig Lakeview Escape: Superb Location + Trevliga bekvämligheter

Beläget i Brockway Vista i North Shore Lake Tahoe, har vår "pittoreska-viktiga" stuga detaljerad med charmiga ytor och filtrerad utsikt över sjön och bergen, gott om plats för en familj och / eller par.

Den öppna planlösningen möjliggör en gruppspel / filmkväll medan 2 andra kan njuta av en eldstadsprat eller en god bok och varm kakao från hela rummet. Energisnålt med trägolv, granitbänk och nödvändiga apparater. Köket är komplett med krukor, kastruller, prylar, diskar, glas och ett matbord med plats för upp till 10.

Två sovrum (det ena med en kung och det andra med en drottning) plus sviter och ett litet barnrum (w / våningssäng som passar barn) och ett komplett badrum tvärs över hallen är inbjudande och bekväma. Det finns också ett sovloft med en neddragbar stege och drottningsmadrass så att stugan kan sova upp till 6 vuxna, 2 barn och en baby / småbarn (tillgängligt pack'n play på begäran).

Äventyret börjar här ... en kort bilresa till skidorter på vintern; gångavstånd till Lake Tahoe, kasinon och centrala Kings Beach på sommaren; och Incline Village ligger bara 4 km bort. Njut av de fantastiska solnedgångarna i Lake Tahoe från det rymliga främre däck och bli förälskad i vår "familjens bortflykt."

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Great location, nice neighborhood and we had the joy of seeing a pink sky and pink water during sunset. Loved the views. Well appointed. We thought the loft had a bed, but it did not. Glad we were not counting on using that for sleeping. The other rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. 5

Great for a family!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property has an awesome porch with a good view of the lake. Our toddler was entertained with the toys provided in the house. The property is located in close proximity to Kings Beach, so it was very easy to get to wherever we needed to go.

At arrival we were apprehensive pulling in a 20 foot boat and 3 large trucks. Parking was minimal but we got everything parked and then it was fine. The house itself was very clean, a few ants taken care of by keeping our food off the counters and in our totes. Adequate space with 7 adults. The loft was pull down stairs to a queen air mattress. But this area was great for a couple. The large dining table was the best. Immediate hot water that lasted through showers. Extended drying time for dryer. The view was just enough that we could tell whether it was a boat day or not. Internet was dicey. All in all, after initial arrival, we had a great stay.

Cozy, cute cabin with a stunning view

We loved our time here. The decor is comfortable and charming. The beds are great! The lake view is amazing and we walked up the street into the forest trail every day. The cabin is clean and welcoming. The size was perfect - large enough for everyone to have space, but still cozy and warm. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. We will go back again!

Great location...comfortable cabin

This cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to several towns around the lake. It has a great deck, where we spent a lot of time. To be honest, you can see the lake but there are a lot of trees so it is not a clear shot. Still very pretty and relaxing! The kitchen is appropriately stocked but we did eat out a lot while we were here. There is a great trail, I believe it's called the Fire Lookout, DO NOT MISS IT! BEAUTIFUL!

Wonderful house in great location

We loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and inviting. The trails behind the house were cool. Close to the beach, food and casinos. Updated fixtures and nice bathrooms. The only things I would suggest would be to clear out the food left behind by previous tenants- there wasn’t much room for the food we brought until we made some room. Also it could have been a bit more clean, there were a lot of spider webs and we found some old socks left behind also the throw blankets had some pet hair on them, could just use a wash. We vacuumed the floors and after that it was just fine. Owners were accommodating and quickly replied to our email. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

The cabin was fairly private with a beautiful deck and vista of the lake! The kitchen was well stocked and towels, bedding was ample. I love the charm, coziness and eclectic look of the cabin.It had everything you needed for a lovely stay.

The property was clean, however, the pictures presented in Vrbo compared to reality are deceiving. We were told there was a window air conditioning unit for warm nights; didn’t exist. There were no window shade in one of the bathrooms, so we couldn’t use that one. There was an ant problem in the kitchen, the property manager had to come take care of it. The view of Lake Tahoe from the porch was limited by trees, so not ideal. The bedsheets didn’t fit the beds properly, so they easily came out. The neighborhood the house is located in has some homes that are very nice, while others are pretty bad. The home sits on a hill side that is above the main road, so you hear traffic and cars constantly running below. Due to all of these issues, we won’t be returning in the future and we can’t highly recommend it. We thought it would be better, unfortunately, it was not.

This spot is awesome! Great views, clean, and spacious. The neighborhood is very nice, with a great walking trail that the dogs enjoyed. Our group had a great stay and would definitely consider this spot again next time we’re in Kings Beach!

Needs updates

Good location, partial view of lake. Carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced, very dirty. Walls are scuffed and dirty around all light switches, just needs a real deep cleaning. Outside has a lot of cobwebs and outdoor furniture cushions look like they have seen better days, we didn’t use them. Dogs enjoyed the patio

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and had everything we could need. The kids loved the toys, games and bunkbeds. The location was perfect and view beautiful. Highly recommend!

Lake Tahoe visit

My husband and I traveled to the area to visit our son and DIL who stayed with us. The home is comfortable and met our needs. Overall it presents as described. A few things we noticed that could be improved for a top notch stay: substantial cobwebs throughout the home (although all other parts of the home were clean), grill began smoking and is not useable until it gets cleaned, and there were limited knives for food prep if guests plan to cook. The positives are that it is pet friendly, there are plenty of dishes, beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, neighborhood is quiet, communication with property manager was quick and easy and the checkout process was simple and considerate as there were not unreasonable expectations for guests to clean excessively as there sometimes are in VRBO rentals. I recommend this property.

Nice and convenient

Good location and nice cabin. Convenient to Mt rose ski resort(20 minutes drive) and Diamond peak (15 minutes drive). Safeway is 6 minutes drive away. Pet friendly!

Nice getaway in a quaint town!

Kings Beach is a charming town with some really good food and great views of Lake Tahoe. We felt like we were in a tree house nestled up on a hill with peeks of the lake through the pine trees. We would rent it again but were surprised that there was no ice machine, no AC, very old shag carpet, and the couch needs to be replaced. (Like sitting on springs) We don't want to "dis" the property too much because it was charming, in a great location, and had everything we needed. We had a much needed break and really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Cabin

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Very clean and cozy, great communication, and very thoughtful amenities. Chargers at your bedside, coffee pods, clear tv directions, board games, even a pack and play/toys for young children…our children are teens, but we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness of this. The location was a wonderful one for any season. We will definitely be back to stay.
