Det finns 4 sovrum med tre drottningssĂ€ngar, tvĂ„ enkelsĂ€ngar och en luftmadrass. Öppen plats för matsal, kök och vardagsrum. Köket har vĂ€l apparater, vackert kvarts bĂ€nkskiva med elegant inredning tegelplattor kök backsplash. Det finns inget mer imponerande Ă€n ett öppet utrymme (kök, matplats och vardagsrum) som drar nytta av en vacker utsikt över trĂ€dgĂ„rden. 6 fot brett fönster ger ljus belysning för hela huset. We had a great stay while in town for the NWSL Championship! Tina is a great host who is really responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful! We were able to walk most places which was really nice. The only thing we didn’t absolutely love was a loud dog next door (not Tina’s fault) the bed pillows and the heat. We couldn’t bet the temperature right between the downstairs and upstairs. Overall an incredible stay in a place that is well taken care of. This is a beautiful home with a great price. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

The unit was very clean and well kept. It was update with many modern amenities. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The dining area was a little tight but manageable. While we had a parking space, it was located at the back of the property, through a narrow car port. We had the rear unit.

We enjoyed this home very much and appreciated the extra thought that was put into furnishing and equipping. The home was perfect for our time in San Jose. We will rent again when back in the area.

Family trip

Tina was a great host. It fit our family of 6 with a toddler comfortably. There were tons of towels and storage space for clothes and other items. We loved the complimentary house slippers. The backyard was nice to sit out at the table to enjoy meals or quiet time. We had everything we needed and it was centrally located. Our only complaints were that the knives were dull and the knife sharpener didn't work and the many bugs outside in the covered car port. All that was missing was an insect repelling light or lamp outside. Our daughter was bit several times by mosquitos.

Great property, location, updated well, plenty of soaps, detergents, ect. The only issues were lack of silverware and the pillows we flat and lumpy. If they solved these two issues, it would be a 5 star from our family!

All sponges in unit were dirty- none clean available. Dust caked on coffee table. Only 3 regular sized glasses in unit so we had to buy disposable cups. Only one fry pan that was warped and very old. Only 2 dishwasher table left in unit for 4 day stay. Trash cans were not where check out instructions specified.

Cozy home near downtown San Jose

This a great unit that offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The unit had all the necessities and the host was easy to communicate with and check-in was very simple. We had a little trouble figuring out which remotes worked for the tv, but through trial and error was able to figure it out pretty quickly.

Small but very accommodating

Updated small charmer. The home had what we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was a bit underwhelming but still felt safe and very walkable. Comfy furniture and stocked well with items you need for your stay. Will definitely keep this home on our list for future visits to San Jose.

Cozy getaway for 4

The weather cooperated and made our evenings on the patio memorable. We 3 sisters and a cousin enjoyed being able to walk to the Vegetarian place for lunch. Billy's was a short drive with fun antique shops nearby. Dinners were simple home cooked fare in the kitchen, but we had to run the dishwasher nightly for utensils and dishware. We each had our own bedroom and the walk in shower on the lower level was heavenly.

San Jose September twenty to twenty third

The original price for this four bedroom apartment was for three nights at a reasonable level. When we indicated the size of our group it significantly jumped. The explanation was unsatisfactory. Believe the information should be available initially for comparison purposes. Additionally the bedrooms were small and had to crawl over partner or end of bed to sleep. Also beds were noisy when just turning over. Pots and pans needed cleaning before use. No teaspoons available and other silverware was minimal. Do not recommend this property.

I am an easy to talk with, fun to be with, bright, thoughtful, honest, and overall, an optimist. I love to travel and learn new things from different cultures. My favorite things to do are cooking, painting, music, dance and travel.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

One of the reason I really like downtown San Jose above most houses is that it's over 100 years old but every house there has its unique style and own character.
I'm the designer of this house, transforming this 100+ year old house last year from every corner of the interior and the exterior. I worked on this house for a year. My ideal home is a home with engaging aesthetics. I tried to keep its historical craftsmanship but brought a new idea of creating a contemporary look to this house as well!

Hopefully, all the guests love the home as well!
