Horrible

Plumber had to come 3 times to fix an issue, baseboards and floors filthy, knobs coming off of cabinets, many cabinets loose knobs and lament pealing, rusty toilet holder, mildew on outdoor furniture, couches so old that they slope to middle making it impossible to sit 3 people, dirty dishes in cabinets,... just a condo unit that the owner obviously can't afford to have because they can't keep it repaired, current and remodeled. I bet this until hasn't had anything done to it in 20 years.

Family Vacation

This unit was clean and bright when you walked in. All the windows made the view spectacular! Loved the large balcony! The bedrooms were all good size and the primary was very large. Lighting in the bathrooms was not good. Unit could use some cosmetic updates on the cabinets and fix the curtains. The pools and tiki bar were really nice after being on the beach all day. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Vacation paradise

This property was the perfect spot for my group of friends and I to stay. The condo was beautiful, and next to the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, it really doesn’t get much better. The check in process was a breeze! We could leave additional cars overnight within the gated community which was a huge plus! Literal steps from the beach. There’s a Walmart and Publix minutes down the road, the location couldn’t be any more perfect. The only complaint is there could be a few upgrades- the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did the job after being out in the Florida sun all day. Would definitely come back!

Family Time

Great week! Great location. The only complaint was not being able to put a tent up for the baby. We had to move off the property in front of private owned houses to be able to set up a tent. The unit itself had lots of room and was great for our family.

Beach vacation September 2023

Giving this condo 5 stars because its was very clean, great location, large balcony and incredible views. As you can see in the photos, the condo itself is pretty bare bones and could really use some updating and repairs. However, we knew this going into it and the condominium itself was very nice so I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay at a beautiful beach but doesn’t care too much about decor in the condo. It’s also worth noting that when we arrived we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t very cold. I called the customer service number and they had a repair man at the condo within the hour to fix the problem. Vacasa was very responsive to our concern which we really appreciated!

Condo Needs overhauling

View wonderful. Vacasa help wonderful. Condo in bad shape. Kitchen cabinets falling apart. Drapes old, torn and mildewed. Furniture in dining area garage sell items and extremely cheap compares to condo cost. No doors on one of closets-torn off. Main shower does not work. Redeeming factor is view, ocean and Vacas people.

Disappointing Quality for the Money

We booked this condo after a wonderful experience there 5 years ago; unfortunately our experience was not as enjoyable this time around. The condo included the bare minimum in terms of decor and amenities. There were a couple of extra pillows, but no extra pillow cases, sheets, or blankets. Very few of the wall outlets worked in the bedrooms. The TVs are all outdated - literally a tube in the twin bedroom - and the master suite had offensive and vulgar HDMI input names that appeared every time the tv was turned on. Made for interesting comments from our 6 and 10 year old. The venue was super crowded this time. Older kids tossed actual footballs from one side of the pool to the other daily, and small children including my own were hit. One of the gates never worked while we were there, and none of the pool gates were unlocked one day of our stay until almost 10AM. We literally had to climb the fence for pool and beach access. The large pool was filthy and closed most of the morning on our last day. No signs were hung announcing the closure, but our family was asked to “let people know when they arrived at the pool that it was closed until further notice.”Our family did enjoy and utilize the putt putt golf on site. We were also impressed with the children activity leaders and their activities. We will not be returning to this venue for future vacations.

The positives were: the location, lots of room, large balcony with nice chairs and table, very clean and quiet condo. Needs some updates: kitchen cabinets falling off of hinges and chipped; towel racks missing or in need of repair (minor issue) ; need some type of chair(recliner) in living room only place to put feet up was the coffee table; needs to replace very outdated white table in living room needs like a computer table work station. Could use some throw rugs also. With these updates could easily be rated 4+ stars.

Spacious unit with large balcony

Spacious unit with large balcony overlooking the ocean. Great location- close to everything, yet you can have a quiet beach walk. Our family enjoyed the fitness center and pickle ball.

Beautiful view

We had a great time. This unit is spacious, clean and has a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. There were a few minor cosmetic repairs, that would make the unit more appealing, but everything worked and we really enjoyed all the amenities. We had a wonderful vacation.
