Great view of the beach

The condo had a beautiful view of the beach from both the living area and the main bedroom. We rented through Vacasa, and they were very easy to work with. We had a few issues and both were addressed promptly. A note to future renters, one of our issues was with the hot water, which runs out after about two 10-minute showers. Maintenance mentioned that the hot water heater is pretty small for this sized unit. Also, there is only one hairdryer attached to the wall of the smaller bathroom, and there is not one located in the main bathroom. Lastly, Vacasa and this rental do not provide beach towels, which is odd for a beach rental unit. Other than these few minor issues, we loved the location and we plan to visit again.

Perfect location at Tops’l

When we were not on the sand, we were on the balcony. Check in and check out are very easy. Bring your own beach chairs and towels. The kitchen isn’t particularly well stocked with cooking and eating supplies.

Lovely condo, great view, nice amenities

The condo was well maintained, spotlessly clean and cheerfully decorated. The beach view is spectacular, and there were even beach toys. The pool was heated and there is a lovely hot tub and steam room in the bldg, not just at the fitness center. Highly recommend.

Great view but needs updates

Needs new couches for sure - you sink up to your neck. Nice balcony. Both the toaster and coffee maker didn’t work but management comp y replaced both quickly. Overall the view offset the worn out interior. Other units all have the same view though…..

The condo was perfect for our week stay. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated so that’s a plus. The access to the beach was the best ever. Parking garage convenient. The only complaint was the couch in the unit was a little dirty. We just spread sheets over them since we had 2 little ones. Had some issues with our access code not working called the front desk and they sent maintenance over right away. They switched the code box out and put a new one in and it took care of the issue.

Beautiful view, needs maintenance

The weather stripping on the bottoms of the sliding glass door off of the living room to the balcony is faulty. When bad weather came in, it was leaking into the condo causing us to scramble to get towels to put along the bottom at the floor…and to fold the owner’s rug back to save it from being flooded. You could feel the wind coming in through the bottom of the glass, and the wind was loud. Also, the a/c is very loud when it runs. The condo itself is nice, and the view is great, but these things need maintenance.

Amazing view

The view is incredible. I spent every early morning and every evening on the balcony. Kitchen has all the basics. I also recommend the Beach Manor because of covered parking (garage) and proximity to the beach.

Chose for the fun beachy decor!!

We had so much fun! Property was beautiful, we had ocean front condo. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, except beach towels. And the toilets need replacing. Very slow and outdated. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!! Would rent there again in a heartbeat!!!

Wow! This Place Was Amazing!

We've been to Florida many times, and this condo is one of our all-time favorites. We'll definitely return! Every step of the trip was great, from the friendly employees to the immaculate rental home. I can't remember the front desk employee's name, but I believe it was Jackie. Jackie was friendly, down to earth, and very helpful. Thanks to Jackie, we knew exactly where to park and how to enjoy the many amenities at the resort. My son said Jackie was one of the highlights of the trip! The condo was very spacious - much bigger than it looks in the photos. I couldn't believe how clean it was! The hosts even included some essentials like paper towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap. It was nice to have these things on hand so I didn't have to run to the store. Traffic is crazy on the road near the resort, so we spent most of our time on the beach. The resort was pretty quiet minus a few energetic kids and one guy who was blasting music on the beach. There were no crowds, so we were able to play miniature golf without anyone else blocking the course. You also get a free DVD rental, but we didn't do that. We were too busy enjoying outdoor activities. The beds were super comfy, and I'm in love with the pillows. I seriously came home and Googled hotel pillows because I was hoping to find some similar ones. There was also plenty of kitchen space and a nice dining room table. My kids got a kick out of seeing themselves in the large mirror that covered the living room wall. The beach was very clean, which was nice. We have visited some disgusting beaches over the years, but this company fines people for littering. Which I appreciate. My only complaint is that the shower could have had a bit more pressure to it, but no biggie. I also didn't realize there was no hair dryer available (although the listing may have mentioned that), so I wasn't able to style my hair during the trip. Again, no big deal.

Loved the size of the family room and master bedroom. Very spacious. Bathrooms were also upgraded and nice. And the view from the balcony was fantastic. Easy parking as well!

Exactly as pictured.

The condo is spacious, clean and has a terrific view and access of the beach and gulf. The check-in process does require entering a building to get the parking passes and access to the property.
