Beautiful family vacation

The beach was just steps away from us, loved that we had two pools on both sides. Easy parking. The views were beautiful. We will be back to this place! The kitchen had everything to cook at the place.

Amazing condo with great location

We LOVED this condo! The second floor, right around the staircase made for very quick walks to the pool and beach. The views from the rooms and balcony were breathtaking. It was very quiet, even being near the pool. It was a very busy week when we went, but we didnt hear a peep. We would absolutely book it again.

Perfect condo for a family trip!

This condo had amazing access to the pool and beach!! Being on the 2nd floor you still get a nice view of the beach and dunes and you don't have to ever use the elevator. The stairs to the pool/beach are right near the condo. The condo was well decorated and had all you needed to be comfortable. Washer & dryer in the unit made life easy! I'm happy your second bedroom had 2 twin beds versus one queen bed. We had a wonderful trip and will look to book again!

Perfect vacation spot

This was our second time at Tops’l and this unit is in a great spot. A little walk to the elevator, but the stairs to the pool/beach are so close. The property is well secured and has a great little restaurant/bar.

Good location.

Close to stairs which led to boardwalk to beach. Nice view. Beds were pretty comfortable. Would stay again. Can rent bikes (not at resort ) and it’s close enough to ride to some shopping and food places. If you bring your own chairs and umbrellas there is a designated space for you on the beach. Overall great place.

Awesome condo

Great location to beach, pool etc. Condo in good condition with new flooring and nice furniture. Cleaning pros missed a couple basic things. All in all, nice place.

The unit was clean and large, but unfortunately the ac wouldn't cool below 75 and I spent our entire first day making multiple calls to get it repaired. I will say that once I called enough we were given a refund for that day tho. Topsl itself is a wonderful development w exceptional grounds and a great bar and grill as well as the Ocean Club, all excellent. Umbrellas at the pool chairs would be a nice added touch for a premier property.

Half renovated

Pros: convenient 2nd story unit so you don’t have to use the elevator. Nice view, shower in master bath was beautiful, beds comfy, new televisions throughout.

Right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay with family so much. Tops'l is a great resort on the beach side of the highway. We were able to see other units beside our own and were glad that we did since our place was a little run down. There was mildew near one of the doors which looked like it had been there for a while. The door mentioned was difficult to close. The carpet had gotten wet many times bc there was water damage that had gone up to baseboards. The bed is a bit old in master. Quite a few lightbulbs were burned out which just contributed to the appearance of neglect. Other than that, the location of the unit was convenient to the walkway to the beach, restaurant and pool. We could see the Gulf over the dune from our windows. I would definitely stay at another unit on Beach Manor

Expensive but worth it!!

Beautiful condo beach front next to bar and pool with beautiful views. Open up the patio door listen to music and the ocean absolutely loved the space. I will return again for a longer stay.

Not so great getaway!

Property was well appointed and spacious beds were comfortable. Balcony was very small. Condo smells like mold. There is about a 2ft long area above the back window by the door to the balcony where black mold is visible. Vacasa management company was awful! Unfortunately that reflects on the review.

Great place for family getaway

Very clean, exactly like the listing. The condo is great with plenty of things to do. Beach is steps away, 2 pools very close as well, one of them with bar and music (2 days with live music as well which was great). Tennis courts also super good and well maintained we used a lot. We were planning to do some other activities out of the condo but we had so much fun that we stayed there all the time.

Great Vacation

Perfect location and awesome views. Liked staying here in Miramar better than Destin. Much quieter and far less crowded. I will definitely be coming back next year and will probably stay a little longer next time.

Great experience! Highly recommend #213

Tops’l property as a whole was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. Service was exceptional. Beach Manor #213 was clean upon arrival, had gorgeous water views, well appointed kitchen and the condo was stocked with everything we needed during our week stay. There were 2 pool areas for guests, a beach side restaurant, live entertainment and fun activities every single day. This condo was the perfect location for quick beach and pool access. We used the stairs instead of the elevator which were close to everything. The only thing we didn’t love was the way we had to set up our beach chairs/umbrellas etc.. Beach chair service was available for an additional fee. If you bring your own, you have to set up on the sides or behind the beach rentals. It’s not too far but you will have to walk a little ways instead of right in front of the condos.

Beach Manor 213

Great place, easy to access via stairs if you don’t want to use the elevators and quicker to get to room from the beach area. Beautiful, spacious, comfy beds, nice master bathroom! They supply you with starter things but you’ll need more (toiletries, laundry supplies, dish tabs, etc). You’ll have to bring salt, pepper, condiments, oil, coffee filters, etc. they have a ceiling fan in all the rooms. There’s no chairs or umbrellas provided but you can rent beachside. Plenty of towels but bring beach towels. The condo itself is great and very nice. Visit Baytowne Wharf. Wish we would’ve known about it sooner than on our last day. We wouldn’t have wasted our time on the busy Destin boardwalk or Seaside. But keep it to yourself, it’s a nice hidden gem with plenty of kid activities, restaurants, and shopping and only 2 miles away. Running trail 1.5 miles away to Jolee Island Nature Trail. Tops’l has basketball courts, putt putt, tennis and pickle ball, all for free and can get the equipment outside at the Tides. We brought our own basketball tho which I would recommend. Fun place, kids loved it, I’d definitely return when back in area.
