Nice comfy stay

The place is clean and has everything you need. The host was available to help us with the TV. The parking and neighborhood is good too. It is a nice place for a 5 nite stay.

Nice place but bad experience

The host has two Vrbo listings right next to each other on the same property and the person staying next door to us opened our door while we were in there. He claimed it was an accident but the whole thing felt very uncomfortable and my partner and I understandably felt very violated so we immediately left and got a hotel. But the place itself was adorable and perfect for two people. Also the host was SO communicative and understanding of our decision to leave.

Rose Parade trip

Quiet, good linens. Entry could be way easier by saying where the lockbox is on each white gate.The notes about caring for the place were a bit condescending and the host came across as rude. I also run a Vbro.

Quiet neighborhood

It was just what my son was looking for, it was very comfortable and his daughter was very happy spending time here in California. They will be back next year and want to stay there again.

Traveling with my pet

Stayed here for three days of visiting friends in the area host was very good at communication. The space was just described. It was clean well stocked With all the amenities. Definitely book this place again.

Dirty apartment

The apartment was unclean. Extremely dusty, dead bugs in cabinets, other people's clothes in the closet, dirty shower. We had to leave the apartment within the first hour due to a severe dust allergy. Owner only refunded 40% of the trip despite our not staying there any day/night and his own acknowledgment that the apartment was dirty. A Vrbo representative also confirmed the condition of the apartment was unacceptable. Be aware that although 3 parking spaces are mentioned in the listing, the spot we were given was on the grass next to a main street.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

This was our second stay with Michael. His communication was always prompt and helpful-he made us feel right at home. The unit has all that you need for a comfy stay. The property is perfectly set up for ease of access and the outdoor space is nicely landscaped with mature plantings that create a private serene experience.

A great spot!

We enjoyed our stay. Our pets loved it, it was private, cozy, and was true to the advertisement. The only thing was the heater was too hot and would continue to heat past the setting. We had to turn it off and use the AC to cool the room down. The onsite manager was readily available and we met the owner, Ronald who was extremely kind and so nice to talk to. We would stay again! Thank you!
