Magnificent, independent family cottage with very large rooms and a private garden. You'll enjoy natural, ecological swimming in an exceptional setting in the heart of the countryside!
Children can go fishing on the second 1000m² landscaped lake (roach, carp)[hidden] careful: they bite!
The cottage is located very close to the small town of Craon. It offers all services and shops. You won't want to miss its historic center. Even more grandiose is the Robert Tatin open-air museum, a guaranteed change of scenery!
The cottage has 3 bedrooms.
For your outings: the Rincerie leisure center is 8 km away: swimming, wake park (water ski lift). In Craon: aquatic complex with spa.
With a fishing license, you can go to the Usure River (300m) or the Rincerie leisure center. The natural swimming pool (240 m²) is open from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting). It is unheated and has a depth of 1.5 m to 1.7 m, a width of 15 m, and a length of 15 m. The pool is shared with a second gîte and the owner's guests. The gîte has a completely separate entrance and terrace on two levels.
LEVEL 0: Laundry room, - Kitchen/living room 48 m² (fireplace), separate toilet. LEVEL 1: Bedroom (1) with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) - Bedroom (2) with 2 double beds (140x190 cm) on the mezzanine - Bedroom (3) with 1 double bed (160x190 cm) and 1 single bed (80x190 cm) - Shower room - Bathroom - Separate toilet.
2 additional guests upon request (total of 9 places).
Teleworking: desk and Wi-Fi available throughout the accommodation. To avoid traffic jams, the owners offer Friday check-in.
Baby equipment available upon request: booster seat, travel cot, bath ring, changing mat.
Included: beds made, linens, towels (1 towel per person), and electricity.
Option: cleaning €80 per stay (mandatory for professionals with a package of 1 to 14 days) - wood €60/stere (payable to the owner)
Supplement: pets €15 per pet/night - geothermal heating €15 per night from October 15th to April 15th.

Pets must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofas. Bring their own blankets.
1-2 night weekend stays: check-in 4pm - check-out 4pm. Stays of 3 nights or more: check-in 4pm - check-out 10am. Rooms on the first floor.
