Lake front 3000 sq ft. 4 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths. Open living room and large kitchen that walks out to the 1200 sq ft of upper patio. 2 master suites with attached bathrooms upstairs. One master suite has french doors that open to the large upper deck. There is a family room down stairs with a TV area and a double set bunk beds that opens to the lower deck, a large master suite that opens to the lower patio with an attached bathroom, another bedroom with 2 queen beds that opens to lower patio and a hall way bathroom. All master suites have king beds. The 2 large masters with have additional sleeping to accommodate a family.

Women’s retreat

The property is wonderful, the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are great, the hot tub is fabulous. We love the property so much we returned the following year. Great hosts.

So so wonderful!!!

This was my family’s fourth year to stay at this awesome home. Seven adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 9 to 19. We spend most of our time on the lake but the house has everything you could want and the access to the lake is wonderful. Lots of memories have been made at this great spot!

Beautiful home for family vacation!

We had stayed at another home of the owners a few years ago and couldn't wait to stay in this house. It didn't disappoint! There is enough room for everyone, kitchen is well stocked, an extra refrigerator in the garage, and you cannot beat the view! We spent hours on the dock and the covered deck. We will definitely be back and have recommended this house to family and friends.

Perfect Family Vacation Location

This property is everything they say it is! If you have a large family - this property is for you! The attention to detail was very appreciated, one detail included built in baby gates (indoors and outdoors), which made having our grandbaby there even better! We are already planning our next trip back!

The pictures of this home don’t capture how nice it is here. The home is very well designed, exceptionally clean, and has beautiful views. The space is plentiful and the hot tub easily handled 6 adults. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!

GREAT PLACE!

Great place! Overall this place met or exceeded our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. The view is great and the location worked out nice. We rented a boat/jet ski/kayak from a place not far with no problems. My favorite thing about this place was the layout especially all of the seating options (Inside/outside/upstairs/downstairs) plenty of places for anyone to relax. This place is ideal for a family or three to let the kids play and parents relax.

One of a kind property right on the water at Beaver Lake. Convenient location right by Prairie Creek Marina and just 10 mins from Rogers. Owner is super helpful and always available. Kitchen well stocked. Back patio/deck is huge, comfortable and beautiful. Awesome all around!

Amazing getaway

The house and property were incredible! We had multiple families with the youngest being 12 months and the oldest 87 years and it was perfect for everyone. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is exactly as pictured. It couldn’t have been a better vacation home! It had everything we needed to stay and cook and enjoy the home. It was also convenient to all other amenities. I will definitely come back! The sunrise over the lake is a must see!

Perfect!

This house was amazing! Steps from the lake and the private boat/swim dock. The house was absolutely beautiful and in pristine condition. We did not want to leave. Teresa and Phil are great hosts and know how to provide anything that a family needs. They even had paper goods and detergent available! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house!!

This was our second time staying here, and it still never fails to disappoint! We are a group of eight women who get together once a year to hang out and relax, and we have gone to many different homes. We have decided that this house is going to be the home we stay in moving forward! Everything is immaculate and everybody has room to spread out. We cannot wait until next summer!

Best VRBO Property

My husband and I have stayed in many VRBO properties but this was our very best stay. We stayed in the house with three other couples and everyone was very comfortable. The common spaces are large, comfortable and well appointed. The outdoor living area was spacious and the view of Beaver Lake exceptional. We choose to prepare our meals at the house during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, dinnerware, glassware, serving utensils and plenty of cookware to prepare large meals. Our final evening in the hot tub topped off a wonderful stay. This is a property we will visit again.

Ozark Escape

Do yourself a favor and book this property. The view is second to none and the owners have thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals, the interior is well appointed and decorated in a very charming way, and the house affords multiple outdoor seating spaces to enjoy the views. It’s close enough to town to easily obtain groceries or to go out to eat but far enough removed that you get that feeling of being away from it all. It’s a 5-star property and communication with the owner was all you could ask for. Book it.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Because the location is beyond perfect!!! It is right on the water and yet very close to town and many of the things Rogers and Bentonville offer. And the views are incredible!

Right on the water. Any closer and you would be getting wet. The house is beautiful and very inviting! And lots of outside area to enjoy with all balcony space.
