We felt comfortable and at home beginning on the first night of our stay. The quiet location with easy access to the beach was perfect for us! We liked all of the special details in the house. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and informative. We would love to return for another stay in the future.

This property was lovely. The house was clean and welcoming. Beautiful neighborhood for early morning walk to the beach. Located close enough to Haystack Rock which was a highlight of our stay. The home itself was filled with intricate details that made our stay memorable. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed.

Absolutely amazing house and property in a super convenient area for exploring up and down the coast. The hosts were helpful and friendly and we loved every minute of our stay. Well worth the trip!

The owners are extremely kind and communicative. We ran into an issue where VRBO did not automatically process our second payment and ended up canceling our reservation. The owners were incredibly helpful throughout the process, working with us and VRBO to get everything rebooked. They were responsive, patient, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with.One small tip for future guests: unlike some other booking platforms, VRBO may not automatically process the second payment, so it’s worth keeping an eye on the payment schedule.

Had everything we needed, short drive to the Beach. House was well cleaned and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

This home was immaculate. We travel throughout the years and his place was by far the cleanest, well stocked one we’ve been to. Absolutely loved being able to pull into the garage and unpack/pack the car. Benches to sit on and rugs with coat hooks above. Straight into the house to the amazing, woodsy vibe that would also top most ski lodges. We walked to the beach and drove to others in 15 min. or less. The ocean is great, and this place is serene. Best of both worlds!

We had a wonderful stay at Barnhaus. The house was spotless, very well equipped with everything we needed, and located on a quiet street that made for a relaxing visit. The host was great at communicating, always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a perfect spot for our trip and we would definitely stay here again.

The perfect Oregon experience

We had the best time during our stay. The interior is beautifully done. It’s secluded yet very accessible to the beach and downtown. It’s even within walking distance to one of the best hikes on the coast.

Our Go-To in Manzanita

Our family has been staying here the past few years and it just gets better each time. Super easy check in and comms with the owner, fantastic location, beautiful and spacious house. We’ll be back next summer as it’s our go-to spot in Manzanita!
