The Space:
The newly-renovated condo has a beachy feel with all the amenities of home: quality mattresses, linens and pillows, a fully outfitted kitchen, large-screen TVs, Central Air Conditioning, plenty of towels, and in-unit washer/dryer. Additionally, provide everything you would need to enjoy the beach:
6 Big beach towels, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 boogie boards, cooler, wagon and an outdoor shower. There is also a fireplace inside and a fire pit on the balcony to unwind after the day's activities.
This condo has a small balcony over the back yard (you may hear other guests below).
We provide a desk and office chair for people working remotely and also a Keurig coffee machine with pods, creamers and sweeteners.
Come stay close to it all! The address is 253 Avenida Del Mar - look it up on a map and see its an easy walk to everything.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo and private access to a balcony that features a fire pit and BBQ. This balcony overlooks the backyard, which is the outdoor space for another rental condo in the building. Please be aware that you may hear guests below. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum while using the balcony and respect our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Thank you for your understanding.
One dedicated parking spot in the driveway is included, and there is ample free on-street overnight parking available on Seville Street and around the library and community center.
The Neighborhood:
Avenida Del Mar is the crown jewel of San Clemente. We have at least ten truly special restaurants, including Nick's, South of Nick's, Vine, Beachfire, and El Ranchero, among others (check Yelp for more options!). The farmer's market takes place every Sunday just across the street from the condo, making it easy to stock up for the week. Additionally, there's an amazing coffee shop called Bear Coast Coffee located down the hill at the pier, with a lovely beach walking trailâperfect for starting your day. Finally, there's a park right across the street for kids to play. Our location is truly special!
Getting Around:
Our location is within walking distance of just about everything you might need. There are bike rentals (Murf electric) available at the top of the hill, and a free trolley stops right in front of the condo. Additionally, we have a train station at our pier, making it easy to enjoy a day trip to San Diego. We are conveniently situated about a 45-minute drive from Disneyland, 25 minutes from Legoland, and an hour from both San Diego and Los Angeles.
Other Things to Note:
We allow up to 3 pets with pre-approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. The pet fee is $20 per night, per pet. There is a grassy park across the street from the condo, and San Clemente is pet-friendly. :)
This unit has a small balcony with a fire pit, and the grill overhangs into the backyard. The backyard below is the outdoor space for my other rental condo in the building. Please plan to keep noise to a minimum while outside on the balcony and respect our quiet hours, which are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Thank you!
The unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. For each additional guest beyond four, there is a fee of $25 per person, per night.
Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only accept quiet, well-trained dogs weighing less than 60 lbs. A pet fee of $20 per night will apply for any approved pets. San Clemente is pet-friendly! :)
We have security cameras in common spaces only (such as parking areas and outside stairways) and do not have any cameras or listening devices inside our rental condos.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Best location in San Clemente. Right on Avenida Del Mar between the village and the pier. Close to it all yet quiet and peaceful :)
