Come enjoy the quiet, serene beaches of Okaloosa Island! Pelican Isle awaits!
This elegant coastal 1 bedroom (with bunks) 2 bathroom condo has recently undergone a renovation, including all new flooring, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and freshly painted walls, trim and ceilings!
The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed and an en suite master bathroom with shower/tub combo, updated vanity, and fixtures.
The hallway features built-in bunk beds, perfect for kids or adults!
The second bathroom is just off the hallway, convenient to the bunks, and features updated fixtures and a huge shower.
The kitchen has undergone a complete overhaul including brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, marble backsplash, and a shiplap bar. Doing dishes never looked so good as you gaze out at the gulf while loading the dishwasher!
The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a huge coffee table that's perfect for puzzles and games, and an entertainment center with tv, dvd player, movies and games for the whole family. There is also a queen sleeper sofa.
And last but not least, head out to the balcony where you can take in the salt air and breathtaking views! Watch dolphins swim by as you sip your morning coffee!
And if you can peel yourself away from the balcony, head on down to the pool and beach! Beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) is included in your stay **(March 1 -Oct 31 only)** Pool is heated during cooler months, as well as the hot tub!
After a long day on the beach, head down to The Boardwalk for dinner and a walk on the pier, or head into Destin, just a 6 mile drive down the road, and enjoy all the options there as well!

Our home is in a suburb of Atlanta but our heart is on Okaloosa Island. It truly is a dream come true to own a piece of property on the beautiful Emerald Coast!
We are husband and wife and have a beautiful little boy. We love to be outdoors, especially around water, whether it be at home near the lake or here at the beach. We are avid college football fans (Go Buckeyes! and War Eagle!) Most importantly, we love the Lord and feel so undeservedly blessed to own our little piece of paradise.
We love making memories that last a lifetime here at Pelican Isle 109, and our hope is that you will do the same!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We first began searching for a property to purchase back in 2016. We looked all over Destin and Fort Walton Beach, but we kept being drawn back to the peacefulness of Okaloosa Island. We love the close proximity to Destin and all it has to offer; we love the drive to and from Destin crossing over the bridge, but at the end of the day, we most enjoy escaping the large crowds and coming back to our quiet little paradise.
We did end up purchasing a property on the island in 2017, and have it enjoyed it so much so that we said "Hey! Lets do it again!" To add this unit here at Pelican Isle to our family this year has been a dream! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
