The Green Door on Lake Avalon offers a lovely view of the lake from every window. The apartment is yours for the time you are here, with a private and secure entrance.

Sunset is an amazing time to gaze out the windows or sit out in the chair swing and enjoy the view and sounds of nature.

The claw-foot tub is a throwback in time, but provides a lovely setting to grab a glass of wine and relax.

Small kitchen in a cabinet with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven/air fryer, and there is a small induction plug in stove if needed.

A convertible couch is available if another bed is required to accommodate 4.
Need to do laundry? A washer and dryer is available.

I do live above the apartment, in the top floor of this home, although the access is locked off from my living area. You may hear some footsteps, but we try and stay quiet.

Do note, the driveway is steep, and there is a path and steps to walk down to the wrap around deck and private entrance.

If you would like lake access, I will need to order you guest passes, as this is a private POA lake, I will need first and last names, and email addresses to order those for you. There is a small lake use fee that the POA requires for access to the lake. They can be purchased with guest passes at The Beach, a five minute drive from here.
