Amazing sixth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms right in the heart of all the action on Pensacola Beach at Emerald Isle Condominiums. This rentals features a balcony off the main bedroom and living room directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There is also a private washer/dryer, central AC, and free WiFi. Every room in this condo has a TV. There is a 42' Plasma TV in the living room with a VCR/DVD, and TVs in the main bedroom and guest bedroom. Beautifully decorated with tropical beach décor, this condo is equipped with a king in the main bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. The main has its own private bathroom and the other bathroom is conveniently located near the second bedroom and living room.

Things to Know
**PLEASE NOTE**
​Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.

Work Schedule and Site Activity
‱ Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour​ shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
‱ In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
‱ Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.

Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.
We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location for air show

Overall Emerald Isle was good. People and Location were great. View from 6th floor was perfect. Unit 0603 needs all the work that others put in the reviews but as long as you align your expectations with that you will not be disappointed.

We spent the week to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful trip. The condo is perfectly located on the beach and set up is so convenient. All units have an ocean view which is great for watching the sunset each day. You have private beach access and the complex has two pools and a large hot tub, which was a great setup. There is a company, La Dolce Vita, that provides chair and umbrella rentals daily from 9am until 4pm. It's expensive, but makes it easy and convenient if you don't want to lug everything to the beach daily. The condo came equipped with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. The kitchen has utensils and other items needed. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony every day and watch the ocean or to sit inside on the couch and see dolphins swimming by. We didn't have any issues with check-in or check-out and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The only occurrence we had was shortly after we arrived. We were sitting on the couch reading through the check-in information and someone knocked once and then just entered the condo. They stated they were with the cleaning company and needed to take pictures. Which would have been fine with us, but we would have appreciated that they gave us time to even answer the door instead of just barging in and didn't just state who they were and start walking around taking pictures. It was very intrusive and not appreciated.

Very nice!

Nice interior and a great view! Direct access to the beach and loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again! I personally liked that there wasn’t a lot of decor because I have a 3 year old that likes to get into things. I didn’t have to worry about him breaking anything so that was a plus as well!

Very nice unit. However, kitchen is not fully stocked and guest bathroom has a drain problem in the bathtub.

Awesome location but very old apartment

Location is the only thing I would recommend this condo. The condo itself is very old and old basic furnishings. The appliances are old too. This is not at all a luxury condo. As long you don’t care about the code it’s fine.

Filthy and unacceptable unit.

The location of this property was great but that is about it. Our room wasn't ready at the specified time so we went to dinner with friends. When we returned late that evening, the living room carpet was wet and the spare bedroom closet smelled of urine. We reported this the next day. They sent a carpet cleaner to inspect and he said he had no idea why the living room carpet was wet and he tried cleaning the carpet in the spare bedroom closet. We returned that evening and the closet still smelled strongly or urine. It was so bad that we could not hang our clothes in it. We had to live out of our suitcases. Then to top it off, VACASA charged us for the cleanup in the spare bedroom closet and blamed us for everything. (they later refunded this amount). The living room carpet was still wet on our day of checkout and the closet still stunk of urine badly. The cleanliness of this unit was totally unacceptable. We made coffee our first morning there and got coffee cups out of the cabinet. The cups were stained in coffee and we had to wash them before we could even drink out of them. They must have been put away dirty. What was supposed to be a nice Christmas getaway for my wife turned into a nightmare. After complaining about these issues, we did not even get an apology. Instead, the staff blamed us for their cleaning persons neglect and carelessness (such a classless act). We were treated horribly for reporting the filthiness of this property. Renters please beware of this unit. Sincerely, Mike Allard.

The beach & view were amazing! However, the beds were so broken down, the mattresses are caved in on the sides. The couch cushions were so thin & shoved down into the bed part we couldn’t use it. The codes to come & go were 6 digits
too hard to remember! The gate didn’t always work. The ELEVATOR!! Terrible! The ice maker & oven didn’t work, but the property mgr helped with that. We won’t stay there again.

We have it 2 stars because it met the bare minimum, it had working A/C and was mostly clean, great views and close to beach. Other than that the condo was in extremely poor condition, non-working appliances, broken furniture tile missing from all over the kitchen counters cabinet paint peeling plexiglass on back of bar coming apart and screws sticking out, mold all around the tile around both bathrooms, no carpet or rugs at all in the living areas which is fine but there was sand from coming in from the beach and the vacuum was also broken. It's really a shame that they are able to get top got dollar for this condo, and we weren't given any notice of all the broken things until the day before we got there. Vacasa rep did say there was a temporary counter oven to replace the broken one and that they don't have the time or the ability to do any repairs because the owner would not approve it. We also put in a ticket to try to get a different rental but they never got back with us. All in all we had a great time anyway but it was a very sad unloved condo. Another issue if you're staying in this condo, there are 17 floors and only one working elevator so checking in and checking out was ridiculous. I did not realize I could have added pictures to this review because everyone should be able to see what it really looks like before they pay a lot of money to rent it

Condo is exactly how described online and in the pictures, very clean and cute set-up. Of course it needs to be updated, however I dont see that happening anytime soon. The stove has been listed as broken for a long time, which we knew about in advance, we didnt need to use it. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of bathroom towels, which is rare for condos. The bathrooms did need bath mats to step on after your shower, just a suggestion. August is a perfect time to visit Pensacola Beach, as the beach and surrounding area is not very crowded. We would definitely consider staying here again.

absolutely loved it here! the view was amazing and in walking distance from the beach!! only problem we had was oven did not work but we were told that before our arrival. also the shower head in the master bathroom was not working properly but we loved the jacuzzi bathtub!! definitely recommend staying here !

Location makes it worth it

The location was great. Views were beautiful. Nice big balcony was great. The place could use some updates, but nothing that interferes with your trip. Just seems the owners are cheap and don’t want to put time and money into making it better and more appealing. Definitely needs a restocked kitchen. Without the oven working, the counter top over worked fine, but there was only 1 small skillet to cook. Our reason for a condo was to utilize the kitchen which was a challenge with so few utensils. Overall though, it was a great experience and we would stay again.

Beautiful View

I was very pleased overall and would definitely stay here again! It was very nice, but it could use a little TLC. The oven was a little wobbly feeling and the breaker was switched off for it. The ice maker worked, but not the dispenser. However it's one of the first places that leave the guest toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap. You can't beat the beautiful view!
