Beach Therapy

This condo was perfect. Our daughter was in the NAIA Tournament and it was a great location to the field but such an amazing view! We were able to take in her games while also getting in some Beach Therapy!!

Excellent Unit!

This property is excellent! It was clean and well furnished. The location is outstanding and we had great beach access as well as great restaurant locations nearby. Parking was convenient as well. No complaints!

Perfect place for family time and relaxation!

Lovely San Souci Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well air conditioned 😀 condo at the wonderful San Souci. We’ve stay at San Souci many times and love the property, pool and location right on beach on the quieter side of Pensacola Beach. Vacasa management was “ok”, their emails were inaccurate with WiFi info and parking passes. The owner’s book has the correct WiFi info and there were NO parking passes in the condo. Overall, we’d stay here again.

Great place to stay, awesome management company

We loved our stay here. It has a great view, the property is nice and updated, and access to the beach and pool is easy. There is a reserved parking spot so you don't have to worry about finding parking and if you bring more than 1 car they have parking permits for a guest spot. There are carts available to help get luggage up to your room. We had an issue we had to call the property management for and they had it fixed in less than hour. Overall great experience all the way around and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Nice property but needs a few minor items fixed such as kitchen faucet, lights in oven and microwave and better cleaning. Floors were not swept or mopped and counters had not been wiped down. Other than that it was a nice condo in a great location.

Nice, clean condo. Good location.

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the location was perfect. A couple of things to note: -The fan in the master bedroom was broken, the Vacasa team was quick to respond to our maintenance request and should be ordering a new fan. -Bring an extension cord. No good place to plug in a phone charger by the bed at night.

Soak up Sunshine

The property was nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were not able to park in garage due to large column and car in next spot parked crooked and had 2 flat tires. So we parked outdoors in guest parking. Also we were unable to get any hot water in the kitchen so we ran the hot water in bathrooms and filled pots to wash up in kitchen.

Nice View - Cute condo depending on the price you pay

Not sure how vacasa handles their cleans but this is my 8tb visit to Florida 2nd time using vacasa and 2nd time the unit was not cleaned outside of the basic stive, fridge, toilets. This unit has a lot of potential however at $650 a night you expect more then paper thin pillows, random dollar tree cook water, no consistent set of utensils, small TV's and over all just very low quality unit. The fans were filled with dust, walls with hand prints, floors with sticky candy? The unit has a lot of potential but not at this rate The Pros, you're right on the beach with beautiful views from the balcony, the condo building itself is very clean with a nice pool, well stocked carts and elevators aren't busy.

No tv or internet for 4 days.

Could not get in until 4pm, most others get u in a little early! The TV and internet did not work for 4 days!!! Att came to fix on my last day at 2pm. Host said internet was provided by the condo for all, not true. Master bedroom was always warm. Kitchen was good and main bathroom had a nice shower. Beach chair and umbrella was nice. Very disappointed regarding the tv and internet. I think i should get a partial refund. Welcome packet or parking pass was not the the room. Had to call for one. I would not recommend this condo or host.

Weekend getaway

Overall, this was your typical VRBO accommodation. What was great: the location was spectacular, the beach was beautiful, it is quiet in January. The place was very clean. Check in was good and the codes worked. What was wrong: The parking space is small with a big pillar in the way. we did not have a key to get out of the property through the walking gate so basically we had to go across the street with our car which was totally unnecessary. We did address this with the Vacasa people but I don’t think they understood what we were trying to tell them. Seems to be also a safety issue, if you cannot get off the property unless you go in your car. The light and the fan did not work in the left bedroom, the circuit breaker was not tripped, and we did not get that resolved while we were there. The pillows are terrible, and need to be replaced. It would be nice to have an extra blanket as well. Overall, it might be a place I would stay. The price was good.

Decent Condo, a few issues, nice view, not much beach

The condo was nice and clean, and the ameneties were mostly fine. Beds were okay, but nothign outstanding. Upon entry noticed there was damage to the Bedroom closet door, the laundry door, and the dish washer would not close. Upon review of the dish washer, there was water at the bottom. We reported the washer issue, but no support came while we were there so we hand washed everything. The beach access was great, however, the beach right in front of the condo was pretty minimal. The water came almost right up to the un-usable portion of the beach. Could walk a little ways down though and get more. This might change month by month though, not sure... The foldout couch was pretty sub par and I felt bad about making someone sleep out there. It was a decent condo, but I'd choose somewhere else in the future. Contacting and getting support from Vacasa was kind of frustrating, with delays. I would have preferred to have a property manager to contact directly who could help me, or the owner. Check in was great. No issues.
