This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa has shiplap accents, granite countertops, tiled and wood floors, modern light fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. One of Shelter Cove's finest, this villa boasts one of the best views on Horseshoe Creek, with stunning sunsets right outside your window.

Primary Suite – A Private Coastal Retreat
Located on the first floor, the master suite features a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a beautifull en-suite bathroom with granite countertops, a tile floor, and a walk-in tile shower. Step out onto your private covered deck or screened porch to soak in the incredible views. Just beyond the deck, a short path leads to the Shelter Cove dock—perfect for crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or simply unwinding by the water. Beadboard ceilings add a charming coastal touch to the space.

Private Guest Suite
The second-level guest bedroom offers ultimate privacy with two twin beds (which can be connected to equal a King size bed, if preferred), a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a fully remodeled tub/shower combination.

The third level is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large living area with an enclosed sunroom that offers panoramic marsh views. A cozy sectional sofa provides plenty of seating to enjoy a movie on the mounted 55" HDTV, while a sunroom table and chairs invite you to play games, complete a puzzle, or sip your morning coffee as you take in the stunning scenery. As the sun sets, watch the sky transform into a masterpiece of colors.

The top level showcases an inviting dining room with seating for six, surrounded by charming shiplap walls. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, open shelving, and everything you need for a seamless stay. A convenient half bath is also on this level.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Only GAS LSVS allowed- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Pets NOT allowed

This property includes access to the Club amenities - oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. These cards also allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool - no fees; indoor pool/fitness center - fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
