♠ Hosts have lived in San Diego for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. Feel free to ask us any questions especially recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible

♠ There are posted signs above the driveway stating to not park over the red line. We understand it's a tight driveway, and according to parking enforcement, we were told a car can go slightly over the red line, but no more than 3 feet. Please make sure everyone in your group understands this as traffic jams in Santa Clara could be created if you're popping too far out.

♠ Please note that this is NOT a party house. To ensure a peaceful environment, no additional guests are allowed on or near the property. If you plan to host gatherings, we recommend considering other listings.

♠ Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily. Please be considerate and respectful of our neighbors during these hours.

♠ No smoking at the property

♠ No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use

♠ We offer flexible check-in, allowing guests to arrive as early as 11:30 AM when there is no same-day departure. If another guest is departing that day, you're welcome to drop off your bags, but please note that our cleaner will need time to prepare the unit before check-in. Please request early check-in with the host to confirm availability.

♠ Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances

♠ Due to our vibrant location and proximity to the beach, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest. Please note that no refunds will be provided for such minor wear and tear, as it is part of the natural upkeep of a well-loved vacation home.

♠ Our property is in a natural setting, so insects or small animals may occasionally appear. We do our best to minimize this, with professional pest control, maintenance, and cleaning, but keeping doors and windows closed at all times helps. Our cleaning team thoroughly inspects the home before each stay, though some may still find their way in. If you do notice any insects or small animals inside, please notify us, and we’ll send our team right away to address the issue. Kindly note, refunds will not be provided for these occurrences.

♠ We do our best to keep and refill the propane tanks full for the barbecue and the fire pit. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase

♠ In the event of a lost key, guests will be responsible for covering the cost of duplication and arranging for the replacement themselves.

♠ If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given

♠ We display generic images of board games, beach and pool toys, and personal care items, which may not always be available at the property. Refunds will not be issued for missing items; however, if you notice something unavailable, kindly inform us. We’ll be happy to arrange delivery or place an order through Amazon or Instacart for your convenience.

♠ If you need to have a package delivered during your stay, please ensure you're physically present to receive it, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Additionally, if you leave something behind and it's not found by our cleaners, we unfortunately can't be held liable. However, if the cleaners do find your item, there will be a small fee for returning it, plus the shipping cost.

Great Beach Getaway

Loved everything about this property! So close to the beach, spacious interior, amenities. We had a lovely stay with our family and a few friends. Management was super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Location location location

Great property! Right next to bars and great restaurants. Minutes to the boardwalk. Sam (host) was in constant communication and was very accommodating the whole time. This will be my go to place for future trips!

Last minute cancellation

Our host cancelled our stay 2 hours before check in. I had a group of 12 people that all travelled to San Diego and he left us totally stranded. He was not helpful with solutions and I ended up booking a house with a different company that was astronomically more expensive than this VRBO since it was completely last minute for so many people. I am incredibly unhappy with this experience and will never book with VRBO again.

Pretty Good House

There is nothing 'wrong' with the house. It met our needs in terms of fitting 14 people to sleep. That being said, there is not a lot of room to move around with that many people. I missed having a place to sit outside that I have had at other properties. We had to contact the host a few times and he was pretty responsive. The temp on the water heater was turned all the way down when we got there and we didn't notice until some cold showers.
