Stranden tvÀrs över vÀgen genom sanddynerna. Smakfullt inrett 2 sovrum enhet pÄ bottenvÄningen med egen ingÄng och tÀckt utomhusomrÄde. VÀlutrustat kök med allt du behöver för att förbereda och laga mat att Àta i. Full storlek kylskÄp, ugn, spis, mikrovÄgsugn och gott om bÀnkutrymme med sittplatser lÀngs frukostbaren.

BYO Fiske Rod och Surfboard! Papamoa Beach Àr en sÀker badstrand för bÀsta delen av Äret men om du Àr mer bekvÀm att simma under Surf Clubs medlemmar Àr det bara en kort promenad ner till stranden för att simma mellan flaggorna.

LokalomrÄdet Àr platt och lÀmpligt för promenader och cykling. Bussen stannar vid olika hÄll lÀngs vÀgen och den lokala Papamoa Plaza ger ett nav för att fÄnga bussar till andra platser i bukten.

Papamoa Domain Àr en 500m promenad lÀngs vÀgen, dÀr mellan november och mars finns en veckovis konstnÀrlig marknad som hÄlls pÄ en torsdagskvÀll. Lite lÀngre bort ligger Papamoa Plaza med Fashion Island med butiker och mer. TvÄ stormarknader finns i omrÄdet, med kaféer och matstÀllen prickade runt för en mÀngd olika matstÀllen.

tidy downstairs unit, right on the beach!

We rented this unit for whole we were down for a wedding. The unit was very clean and we'll equipped, toys provided for my child as well as beach toys, great outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, close to local amenities. Host is great, and have clear instructions for how to use all the appliances in the unit too which impressed me

Beautiful beach home away from home

Great spot across the road from the beach. Very handy to the surf club for safe swimming & Papamoa plaza for shopping. The apartment is very comfortable, well presented & equipped. Our host Catherine was very welcoming, left us to do our own thing but was available by mobile if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay

The perfect holiday home

Everything was just perfect, location couldn't be better, a walk away from the beach and shops/restaurants. The home was so clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Toys were awesome too. Highly recommended, will definitely book again.

Relaxing stay right next to the beach.

This was the perfect holiday oasis. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. Catherine's extra touches made it a home away from home. Being so close to the beach was an added bonus. We can't wait to stay here again.

Fabulous beach getaway

We had the most amazing three days staying in this gorgeous beach side apartment. Beautifully decorated with beach theme throughout. Board games, books and cards for those wet days and plenty of towels, blankets etc. we spent our evenings by candlelight on the deck listening to the ocean waves. But the best bit ..... amazing hot outdoor shower to warm up after chilly, wave crashing swims. Thanks Catherine and Denis we can’t wait to come back!!!

A very clean and nicely furnished place. Very well supplied for young children! Very private.

Very accommodating thoughtful hosts who respect your space. The accommodation is wonderfully supplied for kids, plenty of toys, beach toys, plastic cutlery/plates etc, with a fully fenced front garden. Everything is clean, fresh and new. Great location just across the road from the beach.

Fantastic place to stay in Papamoa. Right across from the beach, enclosed yard, close to shops , very comfortable and well thought out touches. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Kids loved the toy box. It was all just made so easy! We wanted to stay longer!!!

Fantastic family holiday

We had a lovely week in Papamoa and the place was ideal - clean, tidy, well equipped and close to beach and shops. Catherine was the most thoughtful host even leaving boxes of toys for the kids to play with and flexible timing checking in and out. Highly recommend for a family getaway

Cute and convenient

Cosy place, styled beautifully and Catherine is a lovely host. Thoughtful touches like the boxes of toys for kids. The outdoor deck and garden area help it feel less like a small apartment.

This is beautifully decorated and well set up. A smaller property but with everything you need (except we would have loved a dryer as we were here for a waterpolo tournament with masses of wet towels). Loved staying here, and will be back

We stayed for 3 nights. It has all amenities for making your own meals, or there are takeaways and restaurants just down the road. The kids really enjoyed the toys bins - such a bonus when travelling with kids. The location is perfect with the beach is across the road. We would love to come back.

Perfect location

This property is modern, functional and clean, attention to detail such as personal restaurant experiences in your 'things to do' folder, lovely candles and a heat pump were really nice touches. Papamoa beach is just across the road so morning walks were a great way to start the day. The bedrooms were spacious and well considered and the unit has everything you need. All communications were easy and responded to quickly, it was such a nice stay. Thanks Catherine & Denis

Fabulous accommodation right by the sea

This is a fabulous property and our family had a wonderful time here. Catherine and Denis have thought of everything when it comes to the comforts of a place to stay and so many little “extras” for our kids to enjoy their holiday too. Lovely and clean and just the right amount of space of us to relax and the fantastic beach access is right across the road. Close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants, the property is fully fenced which was great with young kids. Our hosts were fantastic, very responsive to requests and we highly recommend this property. We will be back!
