Njut av din strandsemester på en lugn domstol steg till havet. Detta är den perfekta resan för par eller små familjer. Huset ligger på havssidan av Mission Blvd, sex hus från stranden och cirka 2 minuters promenad till det lugnare vattnet vid viken.

Den stora uteplatsen utanför delas med ägaren ockuperade enheten på övervåningen. Det finns ett stort bord och en sittgrupp på uteplatsen, med din egen gasgrill. Inuti har sovrummet en dubbelsäng. Det finns en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet samt en fullständig & tvåbäddsrum i det lilla våningssalen. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Vardagsrummet har också en stor platt-TV med kabel. Can't wait to return!

Clean and well equipped home with an excellent location. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our vacation as it was within walking distance to everything and had everything we needed for the beach, to barbeque and relax. The hosts were wonderful!

This property did not disappoint!

Such a cute, clean and well appointed 2 bedroom beach house which really is steps away from the beach as advertised. The location was perfect with restaurants, a coffee shop, and Belmont Park close by.

Wonderful Mission Beach Rental

We loved our stay at this property in Mission Beach. It was just as pictured and a great location just steps to the beach and close to Belmont Park. Would definitely stay here again when traveling with another couple or with my teenage kids.

Fabulous family getaway

We had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back again! We loved spending time on the patio and the short walk to the beach. It was also an easy 15 minute drive to many nearby San Diego attractions. The parking spot is very tight, but we were grateful to have the reserved parking. Our kids loved the bunk beds and this was a very comfortable for our family of 4. The hosts were wonderful and helpful when needed.

Perfect Spot for Small Family

We LOVED our stay here! This place had everything we needed, was super clean and updated, and located in a great spot - walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, coffee...everything! The Benham's were also super kind and welcoming. We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful home in Mission Beach

Generational spring break

The property and location were wonderful. The property manager was very flexible with letting us drop off our belongings a bit early with minimal notice. The unit was well stocked and thought out. Lots of things to do very close by. It was a great stay.

Wonderful property

The beach house was beautiful and functional. It was nicely decorated, and had a great layout. There was a lot of attention to detail for the needs of their guest. We recently relocated back to San Diego after 20 years in the Bay Area. Having grown up in San Diego, I always felt that South Mission had the most beautiful beach in San Diego. A wide white sandy beach and never crowded. We were excited to find this home and to be so close to both the ocean and the bay, and to be able to share it with our guests.

The house is located on a quiet court on the beach side of Mission Blvd. We are in walking distance to food, drink, swimming & sunning on the beach or bay. You can really get by without a car.
