You guys, this was literally the most perfect rental for my family stay over an extended weekend! It was my family (husband and 2 kids) and my brother and sister in law and their 2 kids. There was so much space and everyone fit more than comfortably.First of all, Larry is truly the best, most communicative owner...A!!! Larry has beautifully renovated this house, everything was brand new! Larry truly thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. We were even greeted with some delicious chocolate chip cookies!I have stayed at other VRBO's that provide no amenities-that is not the case with this rental-Larry and his wife thoughtfully stocked the house with all of the beach essentials-a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels & beach toys! They even included all of the little things too- dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and even shampoo, conditioner and body soap! Truly they thought of everything :) We even noticed that they included some complimentary food in the freezer in case we were hungry when we got to the house!We cooked dinner a couple of nights and the kitchen was well stocked. We sat on the awesome covered porch for evening cocktails and watched people walking by and feeling the lovely beach air. Our kids loved waving to people as they walked by.You are right in the middle of town, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping on Bearskin Neck. THE BEST LOCATION!! Thanks Larry!!!!!

Amazeballs!

The experience of staying at this beautifully equipped and outfitted home was second to none! Larry, the owner, has done a magnificent job of creating a space that is beautiful and Zen-like, while also giving a luxe feeling as soon as you walk through the door! It is not overstated or overdone, and the high-end finishes are evident everywhere from the countertops to the floors to the furniture to the showerheads to the lights… every bit of it is simply luxurious! Larry himself is an amazing owner and one of the friendliest people you will meet with lots of suggestions for places to go enjoy yourself in Rockport! You will never regret staying in this beautiful location, and if there is ever a chance to visit again, this is the only place I would want to stay!

This was a wonderful vacation spot! The property is super clean and very well-maintained. The kitchen is amazing, the bathrooms have great showers and the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, fresh towels, beach chairs and board games. There are mini-splits for AC and they worked very well. You can easily walk to any spot in downtown Rockport and Good Harbor beach is just 3 miles away. Larry is an excellent host!

Wonderful experience

We loved this place, excellent location to walk to restaurants and shopping right in the center of town. The property is beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 with all adult children. The amenities were first class to include some chocolate chip cookies.

We had a mini family get together which turned out fabulous! This rental was the perfect location in the heart of Rockport where you could walk out the front door and turn left to some shops and the beach or take a right and meander down to Bearskin neck with no worries on trying to find a parking spot. A fully equipped kitchen ( really) if you decide to cook with the largest kitchen island I’ve ever seen. Lots of beach towels,beach chairs and games for all ages. To me a perfect spot. You won’t be disappointed.

lovely experience-the hosts have thought of everything with this gorgeous condo-extremely well appointed kitchen with every utensil imaginable and an abundant choice of pots,pans,dishes and glassware to match any taste;the beds are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with enough chairs,sofas and stools to accommodate multiple conversation areas-everything is high end and the location is perfect for whatever activity suits anyone’s taste-we’ll definitely return

The perfect getaway…

Located in the heart of downtown…just steps from both the beach and Brothers brewing, a a fabulous cappuccino and breakfast establishment… is this newly renovated condo with an enormous island and lovely porch; It gives you the feel of a unit in the lap of luxury! Two dedicated spaces assigned and located right in front of the duplex! The owners are welcoming… first time visiting this quaint Rockport. There is plenty to do and I feel like everything is in walking distance. Overall an amazing getaway would highly recommend.!
