4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. No pets.

You will be a short drive from the wonderful sites of Mornington Peninsula such as Briars Park, Arthurs Seat, Victoriaâs best wineries and luscious golf courses. Spot the wildlife such as wallabies and native birds in the bushland and appreciate the natural wonder of Mount Martha public park.
Other Things to Note:
This property follows Airbnb's strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they break this policy.
The property has noise-aware alarms which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud.
This property has an outdoor camera for security purposes.
