A Symphony of Sun & Sea - privat 4. 5 tunnland med pool

När du kör genom fjärrkontrollens främre grind (skyddad av en säkerhetskod) befinner du dig i din egen fristad, som erbjuder 4,5 hektar av integritet och avkoppling. Soluppvärmd pool, trampolin, skateboard ramper och massor av utrymme. Eller i kallare månader kan du njuta av en öppen spis i matsalen och en coonaravärmare i ett vardagsrum.

Barnen kommer att bli grundligt underhållna med springfree-trampolin, cricket / fotboll / footy-fält (komplett med footy-mål), basket / netboll halvbanan, skateboard ramper och massor av utrymme att springa runt och utforska. Du kan koppla av vid den soluppvärmda poolen (12 meter lång) som erbjuder ett skuggigt däckområde eller soligt gräsmatta. En lätt eftermiddag kan spenderas i hängande ägg stolar.

Huset är öppet planerat och har 2 vardagsrum (både med TV / DVD och Foxtel och en med PlayStation3), båda har omvänd cykelvärme / luftkonditioneringsenheter som strömmar genom huset. Det finns en öppen spis i matsalen och en coonara värmare i ett vardagsrum.

Det finns 4 sovrum i huset och ett 5: e sovrum som erbjuder ytterligare integritet i självhushållet bungalow. Tvättmaskinen har tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora badrummet har ett stort badkar. Köket har en kaffebryggare och diskmaskin och huset är fullt utrustat med WiFi. Den bakre däck har en annan sittgrupp samt utekök. Det här är verkligen "ett med mycket".

Om du väljer att lämna helgedomen kan du gå 600 meter till Rye Back Beach eller köra 6 km till Rye Front Beach och butiker. Det finns en bra promenad / cykelbana som tar dig 2. 2 km till stranden stranden av butikerna, eller vidare direkt till den främre stranden. Sorrento ligger 10 minuters bilresa och halvön Hot Springs ligger 5 minuter bort.

Amazing house

Clean, well appointed, beautiful house. Loved the heated pool, fire pit and the gorgeous property, it's tucked away and private so no neighbours breathing down your neck. Can't fault it, it was great!

A lovely house for our extended family

We had a brilliant week at A Symphony of Sun and Sea. The house location is excellent, and we walked to both Rye Ocean Beach and St Andrew's Beach. It's also quick drive to the shops and amenities at Rye.We enjoyed time at the property and felt 'away from it all', appreciating the large surrounds and pool area. The house itself was spacious and clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows were spectacular. The one downside for us: the number of toilets, as there are only 2 loos in the main house.

Fabulous family holiday

We are a multigenerational family and this property is almost perfect. The pool has shallow and deep ends, is completely secure and has a really comfortable cabana. Rolling woods, tree swings, trampoline, a good range of utensils and games, it is all round recommended.

Booking and communication where easy and stress free , the house and garden are lovely very private, huge amount of area to enjoy , the pool and pool area are beautiful, every facility you could want for a family stay , we had 3 generations staying and everyone was catered for , house could do with a freshen up

Fantastic stay!

A lovely light, airy home with big windows looking out on the beautiful property which is so private with fantastic outdoor areas. We were fortunate to have great weather which allowed us to utilise the beautiful pool and generous outside spaces to the fullest. Extremely well equipped inside and out. Other than to go, for a walk or to the shops we had no need to leave the property. A few minor maintenance issues to address eg: the back flywire screen door didn't run smoothly, back deck needs some attention, showing some signs of general wear and tear. An oasis with peaceful surrounds, the sounds of nature and really comfortable accommodation for our family group of 8 adults and 2 small children. We had a great extended weekend.

Leaking House

Disappointed. Several internal leaks, caused loss of power, lighting, heating. We could not complete our stay because of these conditions. Power outage on Thursday evening for a couple of hours. Hence, no lights, no heating, no hot water. There was only one torch, no candles that we could light. A very bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. Numerous leaks in the house. The leak in the toilet most likely from the exhaust fan, Leaks were running down the wall above the doorway from the dining area to the bathroom, as well as from the same area to the bedroom closest to the toilet.

It was amazing!

It was amazing! We had the best time. The accommodation was fantastic. The house had everything we needed for a great weekend! We didn’t need to leave the property for anything. Kristen and Simone made the booking process extremely easy. And were very quick to reply with any queries I had. Very thoughtful hosts... Upon arrival the heaters were on, which made the house warm and inviting to enter. The wood I had pre-purchased was there and waiting at the front door. Again very easy to organise. Kristen did a great job arranging that for us. The house was warm, clean and the bedding was comfortable. The only thing I could suggest would be to have electric blankets on the beds. Apart form that it was perfect. The property itself is beautifully nestled within the dunes, which makes it very private. The yard is large and provided lots of things to entertain ourselves with outside. Short walk to the open beach.... please note: that St Andrews Beach is not dog friendly (in case you are traveling with your pet). Sorrento and Rye Back Beach are only a short drive and both were dog friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay at the ‘Symphony of Sun & Sea’. It really was a beautiful place to stay.
