Welcome to Flip Flops Forever, a classic five-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath beach cottage ideally situated in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Now under new ownership and thoughtfully scheduled for a series of upgrades, this well-loved home offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to the beach. Located just across from the Atlantic Street public beach access, you're only a short walk from the sand and surfâperfect for making the most of your Outer Banks getaway.
The main level features a bright, open living and dining area, along with a well-stocked kitchen that includes two full-size refrigeratorsâideal for preparing meals and storing groceries during your stay. A full kitchen remodel is planned for November, featuring updated finishes and modern appliances to enhance the cooking experience. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full baths provide comfortable accommodations, while the ground level includes two more bedrooms and a half bath, offering flexibility for guests and families.
Outdoor enjoyment continues with a covered front porch, a mid-level deck offering partial ocean views, and a top-level crow's nest with elevated views of the Atlanticâperfect for morning coffee, sunset watching, or quiet moments above the treetops. A gas grill is located on the ground level for casual outdoor dining, and the surrounding area provides space for gathering with friends and family after a day on the beach.
