After your departure, we had the unit professionally inspected, and no bed bugs were found in the condo. We also appreciate your feedback about the floors and will review this with our housekeeping team to make sure they receive the extra attention needed, especially for families traveling with young children. We’re also sorry that the barbecue setup was not convenient for your stay and that the pack and play was not in proper condition.
