Det spektakulära fastigheten är "On The Sand," erbjuder en privat strand, samtidigt som vita utsikt över vattnet och lugnande havet ljud (du höra surfa i varje rum). Den har en ljus Beachy inredning och ett lugnt läge - bekvämt beläget halvvägs mellan byn i Carlsbad och Pier i Oceanside (vi gå på sanden till båda).

Detta helt renoverade hem är fullt möblerad (vi slappna av här ofta) och erbjuder svepande havsutsikt från La Jolla till Catalina. Du kan titta på delfiner leka eller valar pipen från vardagsrummet, däck, eller stranden.

På natten, besöka en av områdets fina restauranger eller bara äta på stranden medan du tittar på vackra solnedgången över Stilla havet. Under dagen kan du koppla av på stranden eller njuta av de många aktiviteter som är unika för denna fantastiska destination.

ENHET B (sover 1-6): Har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum och har en California king size-säng i sovrummet, en full storlek på botten och dubbla ovanpå (våningssäng) i gästrummet och en drottning storlek bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Det finns 3 olika enheter. Enhet A (2 Bd, 1 Ba - 6 pers), Enhet B (2 Bd, 2 Ba - 6 pers), och enhet C (1 Bd, 1 Ba - 4 pers). Enhet A är VRBO # 882.233, är enhet C VRBO # 253.036, och alla 3 enheter är VRBO # 882.235.

Enheterna är vertikalt anordnade med Unit A på gatunivå, Enhet B i mitten, och enheten C på sanden nivå. Alla 3 enheter vetter mot havet, har havet däck, och dela den privata stranden.

Vår Beach House är "väl omhändertagna" eftersom vi personligen (liksom vår familj) bor i alla 3 enheter, och vi har trådlöst bredband. Under årens lopp har vi haft 100-tals glada strandälskande gäster.

Cozy family-friendly beachside

The perfect spot for a family with young kids. The fenced in beach was an amazing play area. Conveniently located to downtown Oceanside. Would book again.

Loved the private beach and views

We enjoyed the condo, especially the views of the ocean, parking was never an issue. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The master bathroom did not have soap or shampoo, which was a slight inconvenience. There was quite a bit of noise from the renters over us, again annoying but nothing that was in the control of the property managers. We would stay there again and would recommend the place, it was priced well for the location, accommodations and views.

Nice place to stay

The property has a super view and easy access to beaches. Two bathrooms are a plus. Restaurants and attractions are close by in both Oceanside and Carlabad. One can get lost in watching the ocean and the surf from the deck.

Best locution! 2 minutes away from beach, ocean waves. Lots of restaurants coffee shops around. Kelley who is the host, so friendly, respectful and responses all my questions and requests so quick. Give me a lots of recommendations for visiting around. Definitely will come back again.

Perfect oceanfront getaway!

Nice place to stay with incredible views from the large balcony. Loved being right on the oceanfront and walking the beach with the kiddos at low tide. Made for a great stay in Oceanside!

Private beach stay

This was a dream beach stay. Having our own beach with lots of toys for the kids to play with was really nice. Near a lot of things to do. Walls were a little thin but we didn’t have neighbors except for one night. Would definitely stay here again

Short trip for a lacrosse tournament

We had a blast! We were here for a short stay for a lacrosse tournament for my son. This was the perfect location - easy to get to restaurants and entertainment. The beach was amazing. Fantastic sunsets and the boys even got in some surfing - so nice to have to right in the backyard. Will be back for sure!

Lovely condo with a beautiful ocean view!

We loved our stay in Unit B! Beautiful views, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen! Only a short walk to the pier, restaurants, shops, etc! Great communication with the owner! We’ll be back :)

Family getaway

Great little beach house!!

We rented units B & C and were not disappointed! Nice little sandy yard and the ocean right there! Dolphins played with the surfers almost every morning. Very nicely located and easy to work with property owner! 💕🌊🐬

Beach life

Unit B was so cute and clean. We enjoyed our own porch. Loved the views and beach backyard. I slept in the king size bedroom and the mattress was firm and good quality. The owner was very accessible and friendly. Neighborhood was beautiful. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

Affordable ocean views

Mostly everything was wonderful. Loved the location. Fit everyone comfortably. We planned to play in the water all day, but you can’t go down to the ocean until low tide. Also first vrbo I ever stayed in that you had to use coins to use the washer and dryer. Very frustrating.

Wonderful place but there's no beach

The property was great except that the photo is miss leading. There is no beach as shown in the photo. The ocean comes right up to the boulders shown in the photo. When we checked in the owner was there and said the photo was taken prior to some big storms awhile ago that washed away the sand.

Majestic location

Everyone in the family had a great time. The deck is splendid, looking out on the surfers, and my wife did her yoga practice and art work out there. A spectacular breakfast spot. The kids loved the bunk bed, the sandy backyard with abundant toys, imitating yoga poses, even the bath. The kitchen was very well equipped and a lot of cooking was done. The beds were very comfortable and the sound of the waves, a lullaby. The owner was super responsive and went out of her way to make everything perfect. The washer and dryer were essential but putting in quarters shouldn't be necessary. Get there or be unfashionably absent.

Amazing location and views

Location location location! Overall the house was great! Right on the beach but need to pay attention to the tide tables to ensure you are able to enjoy it. Place had all the amenities needed to make your own meals. Small but great for a family of 4 family. It wasn’t dirty but could use a deep cleaning which I am sure it’s not an easy task that close to the beach. If the top floor is occupied, especially with children, you will be fully aware they are there. You must have change to do laundry so be prepared for that. If you are going for the beach and little in home relaxing this is the place.

We had long desired to have a beachfront home and when we found this gem we were thrilled. We selected this area because it is right in the middle of a beautiful wide sandy beach that stretches for 3 miles from the village of Carlsbad to the pier in Oceanside. We also liked the fact that the house was located in a less dense area with mostly beach homes. Most of all we were excited by the private beach and the fact that we didn’t have to cross a street or get in a car to enjoy the ocean!
