Direct Beach Access! Recently renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa with a great ocean view. The villa has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, flat screen smart TV’s, central air and tile flooring. This villa was featured on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt Season 11 Episode 11

The space
There are only a handful of 2 bedrooms available in this price range on the beach, and this one has an excellent view from its 3rd floor balcony. Modern design throughout, 2 comfy queen beds and a queen sleeper, 3 TV's and 2 full bathrooms. There are laundry rooms on each floor and a shared bbq area onsite. Direct beach access on the property (no streets to cross).

Great location and comfortable condo

We came into town for the RBC. We had stayed at a one bedroom unit in 2023, so we knew the area and how much there is to do nearby. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this 2 bedroom condo was, and would stay here again for sure.

Hilton Head paradise.

We loved the overall area. The shopping and store was walking distance from the condo. We had a nice view of the ocean and the beach was just a few short steps away. We played in the ocean all day and swam in the pool all evening. The condo easily accommodated 6 of us. We all had our own separate space. We are absolutely SOLD on returning next year for our family vacation!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Minimally adequate

The unit was clean but lacked even a teapot. The internet took a day to kick in . The owner was helpful but he is not on site nor does he have someone local on call. The couch was old and worn. There were only 3 coffee cups for a unit that sleeps 4-6.The tv in one bedroom never worked without several starts and stops. It does have a nice table for eating and games. The view of the ocean was as described. I would not stay there again.

Disappointed

Walking through the door we were hit with a musty stale smell. There was an air purifier in the unit that we plugged in but did not help with the small. The living area was much smaller than the photos indicated due to the owner adding a 2nd refrigerator and a dining table that was not shown in the VRBO photos when we booked. Found hair in one of the showers and saw several small roaches in one of the bedrooms the morning we checked out. Bedrooms were very small too. Very convenient to Coligny Plaza, restaurants, shopping and beach. Very secure property.

Great time

We had a great time on HHI. The condo was clean and supplies that were provided were appreciated. Loved the balcony, and the chairs and table out there made it so cozy. I would definitely refer friends to this place

Best vacation ever

We stayed for one week in this condo. The view from the balcony was perfect. We sipped our coffee watching the waves crash. The second bathroom and bedroom made all the difference for my kids. It was nice to have some space for all of us spread out. We contacted the host and he was super responsive and incredibly helpful. The contactless check in and out was so easy. We can’t wait to come back and stay here.

Midweek break

Great time in Hiltin Head. Easy and quick access to the beach (even if we worried about rain that never happened). Close proximity to great foods( crab legs were our preference this time) and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Pictures not always accurate

We always stay at Seaside Villas every year. However this year was a little disappointing. The refrigerator that is in the pictures is not what it appears. There was a small mini fridge when we arrived and we could barely fit anything in it. That was important to us because we bring groceries and nowhere to keep stuff. Thanks goodness we had a good size cooler because we had to keep buying ice for the cooler to keep our stuff in. I messaged the owner about it and he said they replaced the fridge and apologized for the inconvenience. Honestly I didn’t feel that was enough. It was just frustrating. The room was decent as far as cleanliness however I feel could go a little further in the cleaning. There was Cheetos found under the couch and there was a bachelorette sign on the door that obviously wasn’t taken down from whomever was there before us. The A/C takes up half the balcony leaving hardly any room. A few minor changes could help the place be a lot better to stay.

Excellent Location!

We stayed at this property for a quick, no-kids weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location - it was close to shops and dining and just steps from the beach! We would stay here again!

Short but sweet

The condo was immaculately clean with beautiful, comfy decor. Wonderful beds! This was my first time staying in a two bedroom at Seaside Villas , and it was so much better than the one bedroom! I have stayed at Seaside for over 20 years in several different units and would definitely come back to this one! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Fantastic condo for a small family! Walking distance to Coligny Circle. Very clean with a great view

Great condo for a small family. Well equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony was great. Very short walk to the beach and less than 7 minutes walk on the path to Coligny Circle (restaurants and shopping). Pool was very nice and we enjoyed grilling at the provided grills. We will definitely go back.

Great little place!!

This condo is perfect for a small family! It is small, but was clean and very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely try to rent again from Hadi. I had to contact him a few times before and during our trip. He was wonderful and responded quickly!
