Retreat to the primary queen suite, while the kids enjoy the cozy, built-in hallway bunks. A new queen sleeper sofa ensures room for everyone. This villa has been upgraded with smooth ceilings, new AC, new doors, fresh flooring, and a spa-like new bathroom.

This first floor retreat offers a gated entry & elevators in a complex ideal for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat with unbeatable proximity to the beach and the shops/restaurants of Coligny Plaza.

- Just a short walk to Coligny Beach Park and the Lowcountry Celebration Park, which features a massive adventure playground and open green space.
- You are just steps from the pristine sands of South Forest Beach. Pro tip: Head out early for a stunning island sunrise!
- Perfectly situated within walking or bike riding distance to the shops, dining, and vibrant energy of Coligny Plaza—the heart of Hilton Head.

The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. There are coin operated washers and dryers on every floor for guests to use during their stay.

To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.

1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building.

2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property.

The place was as described, but definitely more cramped than expected. Stayed here as a family of four with a 8/10 year old. It felt tight. It’s worth noting that if you come in the spring the pool is not heated like most other places we’ve stayed in on HHI. Other than that the place was clean and was a roof to sleep under.

The property was cute, clean, and in a great location, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the property manager. He barged in on us while my three teenage daughters and I were getting dressed while getting ready to check out. The bunk neds are right by the front door, so he could have seen my daughter's naked, had I not been standing right there. He was yelling at us for not having checked out yet, even though it was 10:30am and checkout said 11am on the website. He said he changed it to 10am, which seemed like something he made up to make his job easier for turnovers, because a 10am checkout is ridiculous. The place is cute, but way too small for a whole family for more than a night or two.

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the host was personable and very responsive to our questions. We really liked that the bedroom was in a closed off space from the door. All of the villas we stayed in previously, the bed was right by the door. We love staying in Seaside Villas and this condo did not disappoint!

We had such a great time at Hilton Head. The apartment is small but very clean and there is everything what you need. The beach is so close! And you can see ocean from the balcony.
