Royal James also has a *community pool, which is conveniently located right across from the condo unit. The pool area has a neighborhood charcoal grill and picnic area. The condo is centrally located on the island and is less than a 5 minute *golf cart ride to the beach, the Bald Head Island marina, restaurants and access to many outdoor activities.
