Beläget på orörda Bald Head Creek och Salt Marsh Sanctuary, med en brygga precis ut genom dörren, har du lätt tillgång till vattnet för kajakpaddling, paddling, fiske, SUP, och fågelskådning. Marsh Mellow är centralt placerad så att en resa till marknaden, marina, BHI klubb och strand är alla minuter bort. Detta hem kommer 3 kajaker, en kanot och två 4-sitsvagnar, så det finns verkligen något för alla. Den enda svåra delen avgör om du ska g�� till stranden, gå kajakpaddling och fågelskådning eller slå BHI-klubben för en snabb bit och simma i den nya vattenparken, kanske allting.

Du behöver inte lämna fastigheten för att ha kul. Marsh Mellow är en del av Timbercreek-utvecklingen med en saltvattenpool inom bekvämt gångavstånd. Du kan också fiska utanför den stora bryggan eller bara slappna av på verandan och njuta av den vackra utsikten över Bald Head Creek, du har så många alternativ på Marsh Mellow.

Denna fastighet rymmer upp till 8 g��ster. Det finns en stor skärmad i veranda strax utanför sittgrupp där du kan njuta av en morgon kopp kaffe medan du tittar på heron fånga sin frukost i myran. Köket innehåller allt du behöver för att laga dina egna måltider. Det första sovrummet har en queen size-säng med ett bad tvärs över hallen. Den smarta TVen kan strömma på de flesta populära tjänsterna så att du kan logga in på ditt eget konto och binge titta på dina favoriter visar.

Det finns rena sängkläder på sängar, badlakan och kuddar. Gästerna får en gratis startpaket med toalettartiklar och pappersprodukter. Det finns ingen hiss på denna fastighet. Det finns ingen rökning tillåten i eller runt den här fastigheten, inklusive vaping. Husdjur är inte tillåtna på Marsh Mellow.

Wonderful trip!

We had the best family vacation at BHI staying at Marsh Mellow. There was a beautiful view of the marsh, a great breeze, and easy access to the docks. The house was fully stocked, clean and updated. We were impressed by the folks at iTrip for being so accessible and communicative — and so easy via text! We didn’t have any issues but they were very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be using iTrip again and loved Marsh Mellow!

Perfect BHI Vacay!!

Our stay at Marshmellow was perfect in every way. This unit has one of the best views of the spectacular marsh and creek side of Bald Head. The unit is comfortable and the porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon drinks and dinner. The pool is divine after a day at one of the many close by beaches. Can’t wait to come back here soon!

Cozy, Clean and Coastal Views

Marsh Mellow was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Sunrise views on the Marsh were incredible. It was so nice to enjoy a stroll along the sea wall boardwalk and kayak on the marsh. Our experience with iTrip was 5 star and they were so helpful in booking our stay and helping us along the way! We will for sure be using them for our future stays.

Best view on the Island!

The bathrooms are old. The golf cart was very old. There was not enough towels and they seemed old. The bunk beds had stained bedding. Needs freshened up

Lovely place

Marsh Mellow was a lovely place to stay! The view was absolutely beautiful. We spent the majority of our time out on the screen porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. The golf carts were in good shape and ran well. The condo could use a good deep cleaning, but overall the decor is very nice. We were bummed that the pool was closed, I know the fine print said it was a possibility, but we figured mid September in eastern NC would warrant the pool still being open. I’m also confused about who the condo was booked through? I went through my VRBO account, but all communication came from Itripp, including a message saying I could have saved money by booking directly through them? I didn’t think VRBO did third party, but it would have been nice to save some. Overall, GREAT place, would definitely stay there again!

Stay at Marsh Mellow

Our June stay @ Marsh Mellow was great. As was our experience (first I believe) with iTrip. When we needed assistance for our check in code, they were very responsive. Upon arrival (we were able to check in early FYI), we found a clean, cooled and comfortable condo looking at the Bald Head Island marsh. After more than a decade of visiting Bald Head, we recommend the marsh for the views and value. The property was comfortable and had all we needed during our stay. We took advantage of the two carts, the charcoal BBQ, the kayaks (in the marsh) and lastly, the beach chairs! Sounds like a small deal but having legit, Tommy Bahama beach chairs was a great benefit and one we hadn't experienced before. There was construction outside our condo as they redo the marsh retaining wall and walkway but that was just bad timing. Once it is finished, the development will be even better for it. Can't think of anything else - was just another great visit to the island.

Marsh Mellow a disappointment

We loved staying on Bald Head Isalnd and the property was very conveniently located. The beaches were beautiful. Lots of choices for food and anything else you might need. The condo furnishings were great, the kitchen well stocked, and the amenities were amazing (two golf carts!, kayaks, beach chairs). Unfortunately there were several aspects that made our stay less than stellar. The first thing that greeted us was a stained rug in the hall. The bathroom showers were moldy all along the bottom and in corners. And for all the hype about the water views and dock just off the condo, the sea wall was under construction so there was no access to the dock and a large construction barge was tied up at the neighboring dock so our views of the marsh were obstructed. Now I understand that maintenance is necessary and I probably wouldn’t have been as irritated if someone would have mentioned it before we checked in. I finally found the “Welcome Book” on the third day of our stay. It was under other books on one of the bookshelves. Overall, the property was a disappointment. I would definitely stay on Bald Head Island again but not at this property.

Great location and everything was lovely. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen and garage, as far as the kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Beautiful sunrise from the porch! They were very easy to deal with and quick to respond when we locked ourselves out! Would definitely stay here again!

Tasty stay at Marsh Mellow

We think we hit our favorite rental property ever in MarshMellow. Located on the marsh with incredible views of the water and spartina, the unit is as described and then some. The kitchen has everything you'll ever need, there is more than enough beach equipment, and the kayaks are top-notch. We love BHI, and as the location is perfect for our interests, we will most certainly be back!

Bald Head Island Fun

Had a wonderful time visiting one of our family favorite vacation spots. We had our 8 year old granddaughter and 14 month grandson. Lots of beaching, swimming, shopping, crabbing and beach walks. The ferry rides on and off the island are just part of the fun. Golf carting everywhere while leaving the car on the mainland is just one of the charming things about this special place. Hope to be back this fall.

Amazing Sunrises

You can sit on the porch in a comfortable, chair and watch the sunrise over the water as you sip coffee while the ceiling fans above whisper cool air. It was very relaxing along with the colors of the place. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with spices and pots/pans/appliances/etc. Golf carts were good, fabulous place!

Great stay at Marsh Mellow!

We had our second great stay at MarshMellow. Lovely house, great views, well supplied with 2 carts. Working with I Trip NC was great. Very easy to work with. Couldn’t have been smoother. Will be back!!
