Gorgeous almost new 2608 sf bright and airy home in newer gated community. Highest grade Italiano Porcelanato tile flooring and quartzite counter tops throughout. Sits right on the Braden River that flows into the Manatee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Boat dock. Enjoy beautiful sunsets. Salt water heated pool has 8 jets that can provide both a jacuzzi and swimming pool experience. Screened in lanai, some areas have roof for shade. Living area has 2 triple sliders to the pool. Master bedroom with king size bed opens to the pool. Gorgeous jetted bathtub in the beautiful marble master bath as well as an extra large shower. This is a split plan with two additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom. Living area has a Ekornes stressless sectional. Home sleeps 6. Master bedroom, living area, and pool area have 65” - 75” large flat screen smart televisions. Top of the line Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. Almost completely solar powered. Stunning furniture, mostly Lexington Tommy Bahama Ocean Breeze Line. Furnishings are exquisite! This is not your typical vacation rental. Upscale everything! Enjoy your spacious outdoor area with plenty of seating, large screen TV, dining set, pool loungers, and outdoor grill. All this overlooks the Braden river, a peaceful bird sanctuary where you will be entertained by jumping fish and lazy manatees. Kayaks and standup paddleboard provided. If you like to be one with nature, this is the home for you. And this amazingly peaceful reprieve is just minutes from restaurants, shopping, etc, unbelievably convenient and undeniably a peaceful puece of paradise. Paradise

Luxurious home with a beautiful Lanai and outside view. We loved watching the fish jump, the resident manatees and the occasional boater traveling by. The heated spool was clean and as warm as we needed it to be. Friendly neighbors who wanted to exchange our contact info by the end of the month but always respected our privacy. We would definitely stay here again!!

Even Better Than The Pictures

Fantastic riverfront property located in small gated community right off Rt. 70 in Bradenton and close to UTC and Lakewood Ranch. While north of Sarasota, we were only 20 minutes from downtown and about 30 minutes to Siesta Key. The property's high end features are numerous - including gourmet kitchen, furnishings, "virtual" fireplace, luxury master suite, and "spool" (integrated hot tub and pool). There is also a shared dock with paddleboard and kayaks available for the adventurous. Home is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you could possibly need, linens, towels, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. Communication with the owner was fast and efficient, and we received a detailed personal walkthrough of the home and systems during check in. House is very quiet / peaceful and you will find yourselves spending most of your time on the lanai enjoying the view of the river and nature. Great home!

This was by far the best rental we have done. Absolutely fabulous home with top of line finishes and furniture. Pool area wonderful. Would definitely come back.

What a wonderful “interim” home after our first home closed super fast and we were still waiting for our new construction home to be complete. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, fantastic amenities, loved the spool, wonderful memories made with our family… thank you!!

We love beautiful places and beautiful things. We chose our new home because it is just that, a tropical paradise with a marvelous home and a lovely pool, convenient to so much that FL has to offer. We have a dock to take boat rides from, a jetted heated salt water pool to swim in, a patio to enjoy sunsets, an ultra high end kitchen, a delightful master and master-bath, and the flooring and counter tops are the frosting on this beautiful cake. All new, all inviting, nothing short of perfection!
