Very nice, well maintained property. Owner provided a nice summary of places to go and things to do in the area. Although located on a street with other homes the house is on one end of the street and provided a nice backyard, relative privacy, along with a nice outdoor fire pit complete with firewood. Host was responsive and helpful.

The house was really beautiful and the outside patio was a great place for the family to play and spend time with each other. My two grandsons ages 7 and 3 had a great time and want to go back again.

Property was well stocked and beautiful. The handicap access to the home was just what we needed and allowed the whole family to be together. The kids loved the layout, and easy walk to the beach. Lovely home and we hope to return again!

The property was lovely and well-maintained. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, several of the neighbors said hello and one even offered firewood! Daphne was very responsive with the very few minor issues that were resolved quickly. There is lake access and of course the sunsets over Lake Erie are beautiful. There are a lot of activities in the area ranging from boat rentals, beaches to wineries. I highly recommend this property!

Great house!

We had a great time, and the house was lovely! Beautiful views of the lake right across the street, surrounded by grapes. There’s also a winery right across the street!

Family Vacation

This was one of the most beautiful vacation homes we have ever stayed at! Daphne was a fabulous host! The house is spacious and beautiful with beautiful scenery inside and out. They have the house stocked with everything that we need, which really helps out especially when you’re traveling from afar. We will definitely be visiting again on our next trip up north from North Carolina.

Relaxing and quiet family vacation!

We had a great stay at Daphne and Mel’s rental house. It’s in a quiet and peaceful side-street with views of Lake Erie. The house was well stocked and Daphne was super responsive to my questions. This was a great location to hit all the favorites in Erie, and a good jumping off point for Niagra. We’d definitely stay here again!

Family getaway for Father’s Day

Daphne’s home was the perfect place for our Father’s Day getaway. It felt like home from the moment we came in the door. Our favorite things about the house were the kitchen, family room and the beautiful views and sunsets on the lake. We made wonderful memories and will never forget this trip.
