This brilliant, pet-friendly home is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. Walk out your front door and the Lake is within 50 feet for your enjoyment. From your newly constructed wrap-around deck, enjoy a morning coffee or an evening sunset.
This upper-level unit has been completely renovated and updated. It sports brand new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances (fridge w/ icemaker, stove, dishwasher and microwave) with beautiful granite countertops, The kitchen is completely furnished with new colorful fiestaware, cutlery, knife set, Blue Diamond pots & pans, and many more useful utensils. Bathroom has been completely updated with new tiled shower, new vanity, new commode and heated towel rack. Bedrooms have new wall to wall carpeting and living room has new area rugs and vinyl plank flooring. Living room has new custom made pull-out sofa and side chair.
