Vad är speciellt om vår lägenhet: Vi är bäst !!!
1. Först och främst är du direkt på stranden med en vacker havsutsikt! Och vi har 64 fem stjärnor ... Ingen annan har det.
2. Det är en WEST slut enhet. Det betyder att det finns fönster i alla rum och det är mycket ljust. Dessutom, eftersom det är en West End enhet, är det mycket privat. Bredvid byggnaden är det privatägda bostäder, inte en annan höghus.
3. Vi är på 5: e våningen så att du ser rätt över hemmen i väster och kan lätt prata med familjen på stranden.
4. Vår lägenhet är den renaste på stranden. Våra rengöring människor ren ENDAST vår enhet.
Och sängar är bekväma.
5. Sin rätt på viken, som vetter mot havet, och utsikten är fantastisk. Fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången varje kväll!

Detta är en fullständig tre sovrum, tre badrum lägenhet med en wrap-around balkong! Stranden - West hörn på 5: e våningen! Fri sikt till Destin. Det är en ny egenskap, mycket välisolerad och tyst. Det är också den renaste lägenhet på stranden (våra rengöring damer rena ENDAST vår enhet)!
En inomhus / uppvärmd utomhuspool ingår, liksom en andra pool nära havet. Titta på delfiner, stingrockor och hajar, liksom familjer av pelikaner flyger med i ögonhöjd från balkongen. Kolla in den nya piren Park centrum med sina många restauranger och söt butiker, 2 miles i öster. Bara ett kort avstånd till väst har vi flera arkitektoniskt och nationellt hyllade kuststäder som Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach och akvarell. Panama City Beach Information Center ligger i närheten i skärningspunkten mellan HWY 98 och 79. Miles av vacker vit sandstrand att gå. Familjevänligt eller en romantisk semester ... The check in was so easy, the keyless check in was so nice. It was a well stocked kitchen. And wow what a view it had. The condo was in such a good spot. The whole family loved it. We will definitely try to stay again next year.

2 Weeks in Paradise

I wish I could rate this higher than 10! Hands down the best vacation we have ever had. The condo had everything plus some, it was ultra clean and the owner is nothing short of amazing. Pools were great- beach wasn’t overly crowded, and we found the hidden gem of Salty Sue’s. We cannot wait to come back.

The Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time during our week at Ron's condo. I highly recommend. Its clean, is in a convenient location and had amazing views of the ocean. The pools are a wonderful bonus!

Great Condo

Beautiful condo! We were very satisfied on the location and how clean it was. Also the 5th floor was perfect to view beach from the balcony. Beds were very comfy as well.

Great week to be in Florida

Condo was very clean and has that nice sense of home feel. The layout was perfect for our family which includes a nice big balcony with a great view of the ocean. Has easy access to the beach and never waited long for an elevator which is always a concern.

This condo was amazing! Clean, well stocked, the view was so beautiful. Loved the wraparound balcony and decor. Communication with the owner was top notch as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Corner Condo

We loved everything about the condo. Our family of Five had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. It was very clean and had everything we could need plus some things we hadn’t thought of. We will definitely stay here again.

Exactly what was expected

Perfect for our family! The three bathrooms is ideal with 6 adults. Check-in was easy and we loved being able to use the stairs and avoid the elevators at busy times.

Winter getaway

We had the most amazing week at this beautiful condo! The view is amazing and the beach is pristine. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It’s very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. My girls loved swimming in the heated pool and using hot tub. We hope to be back next year!

Lovely Condo

Great for families

This was a great place to stay. The condo was as described. The owner communicated the check-in process more than a week before our trip. One of the closets had beach toys and inner tubes from previous visitors which was a plus for the grandkids. We really like being on the quieter side of PCB. We hope to stay here again!

This condo is very breathtaking views. It has a wrap around deck and the decor is very up to date and beautiful. Loved all the pictures of the beach. Very clean and books to loose your self in reading if you want. There is nothing I could say wrong about this unit nor the host, he called to make sure we arrived safe and checked in. I would most def stay with this host again.

My Family Time

Each summer I rent a condo at the beach for my family. I have two daughters, two granddaughters, and son -in- law. We had such a fabulous time this year. The condo was beautiful. It was warm and inviting, very clean and all of us were very comfortable in our rooms. I am very pleased. The view was amazing. The water was crystal clear. Made to order vacation spot.

We had a great time.

We had a great time. Unfortunately, there was a loss of life right in front of our condo. The beach had a double red flag for a couple of days. The gentleman went into the water to help 2 people that were experiencing trouble in the water. They survived, but…. He did not. The condo was comfortable and clean. It is located at the quieter west end of the beach.

Growing up in Minnesota we always had a love for the ocean and often went there on our family vacations. After retirement we made a trip to Panama City Beach on a recommendation of a friend. We fell in love with the place with its white sand beaches, emerald green gulf water and the lack of traffic congestion. Throw all that in with the new Pier Park, new airport and all the many other new enhancements to the area and we couldn't buy our new condo fast enough back in 2004. We feel like we found a real winner in the 'new' Panama City Beach.

Our condo has a unique cottage style design, very open, bright and sunny.
Closest Panama City Beach high rise to the quaint little towns of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor and others. I just love driving or biking through those towns.
