Dessa lägenheter har varit professionellt inredda och på en mycket önskad första våningen! Vi ligger på stranden med havsutsikt från vardagsrummet och sovrummet.

I denna vackra lägenhet är det kristallklara vattnet i Mexikanska golfen aldrig ur din webbplats! Utsikt från köket, vardagsrummet, sovrummet och balkongen är otroligt och konstant!

Denna enhet inkluderar strandstolservice! Du får två stoppade strandstolar och ett paraply varje dag du är här ... utan extra kostnad!

Köket är välfylldt för alla dina matlagningsbehov, inklusive en kaffekanna, kylskåp i full storlek, mikrovågsugn och ugn med kokplatta.

Det stora sovrummet erbjuder en king size-säng med tillgång till främre balkongen på bukten, klädkammare och badrum med dubbla fåfängar.

Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng, full garderob och angränsande badrum.

Det extra våningssängen har två våningssängar. Det finns franska dörrar som kan stängas för privatlivet. Som en bonus har vi också ett PlayStation-spelsystem!

Det finns en bäddsoffa för drottning, och packa och spela för att använda vid behov.

Alla sovrum har TV med DVD-spelare! Det finns också en trevlig 42-tums LCD-TV i vardagsrummet, tillsammans med ett stereoanläggning och DVD-center.

Denna fantastiska lägenhet ligger på Celadon Beach Resort, som är en av Panama City Beachs främsta familjesemesterplatser! Celadon erbjuder gott om strandrum för alla utan några andra höga lägenheter i väst. Det finns två stora pooler en är uppvärmd (säsongsbetonad) och 2-hot tubs!

Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar en tennisbana och ett fitnesscenter som ligger på norra sidan av Celadon-fastigheten. För dig som älskar att laga mat utomhus, finns det kolgrillar och picknickbord på västra delen av byggnaden.

Celadon erbjuder också ett stort rum för bröllopsmottagningar eller affärsmöten, detta kräver en separat hyresbetalning och hanteras faktiskt genom Celadon HOA. Det är ett bra ställe att vara värd för ett evenemang!

Great beach getaway

Heated indoor/outdoor pool, quiet end of Front Beach in PCB and of course the Gulf of Mexico at your front door!

Great property to stay at! 1st floor room was perfect for our group. Resort was not crowded. It was nice having access to two pools and hot tub areas. Great location!

PCB not for us.

The condo itself was very nice and well appointed. The property management however does not enforce the no smoking policy at all. There were people smoking and vaping all over the property. The beach chairs are also set up about 10 inches away from each other leaving virtually no room to comfortably enjoy them, especially when people on both sides are playing loud music and smoking. People were also allowed to set up their own chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach chairs. On a number of occasions the chair guys could not be found, set up late, and took them down early. At one point, I was sitting under the umbrella in the rain and they came along and took it down. Again, the condo itself is very nice but the crowds, disappointing chair service, and smokers will cause us to choose a different location in the future.

Great Spring Break Get-away

This property was perfect except when we arrived, it had not been cleaned yet. This is the first time this has ever happened to us, and after a 7.5 hour drive, it was a bit disappointing, but I must admit the property manager got on it immediately, and by the time we returned from the grocery store, it had been cleaned, so other than that we have no complaints. (She also refunded our cleaning fee, which we appreciated) I loved being in the Western-most condo in PCB (which is the quiet side of town). My kids enjoyed the hot-tubs and heated pool. Thomas’ Donuts was right down the street, and a huge hit! We also ate at Dee’s Hangout, which had a great smoked fish dip! I loved that we only had to walk down one flight of stairs to get to the beach!

The perfect location

This condo is perfect first floor location for unloading and parking across the street. Beautiful home with plenty of room and a wonderful kitchen with lots of utensils etc.

Awesome Condo

This is a great condo. Loved the décor, such a beachy feel. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The unit was clean, and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was so nice being on the first floor, and never needing to use the elevator. Perfect location for us, on the west end of PCB. Much quieter, and a lot less traffic. We're looking forward to coming back, and staying in this condo again.

Perfect view of ocean

We recently stayed here as a family with a 2 and 4 year old. The condo had everything we needed from a changing table to kids flatware. My kids enjoyed reading the different children books they had, shell hunting and swimming in the heated pool. The location was perfect also for us, removed from all the crowds and close enough to walk to Thomas's donuts and Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar. The decor of the condo was elegant beachy and felt like home for the week. Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo, so I won't come home with tons of laundry. Would return.

Great condo!

This was a great condo with very convenient location on the first floor. We enjoyed being on the west end of PCB with a more family friendly vibe for our younger children’s spring break. The beach was perfection! The condo was clean, well stocked and well decorated! The beds were comfortable! You won’t regret booking this unit. We will likely return!

Fall Break at the Beach

We've stayed at the Celadon many times and always enjoy our time there. This property was no exception. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The first floor suited our needs perfectly. I can't wait to return and would love to book this condo again!

Would stay here again!

I really loved everything about this place. So nicely decorated, plenty of places to sit AND enjoy the ocean views, nice balcony furniture, if your into watching t.v. on vacation you have plenty of channels. There are movies and books at your disposal. Kitchen well stocked. Being on the 1st floor is WONDERFUL! No waiting for elevators. And the VIEW! Worth every penny!

Bunk room is not a “bunk” room

First the listing said it had 2 double beds in the bunk room but after sending messages to the agent, I found out it was only a double bed. We had 3 children so we had to bring a blow up mattress. It is changed now on the website. Check in was a nightmare having to wait 30-40 minutes on a cart and everyone trying to get on the elevator. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed coming into the doorway several times a night. It was nice that it was on the first floor but I think it was a little overpriced. Everything that needed attention, Alesia sent in a maintenance order and everything was promptly repaired. View of the ocean was great!

Family vacation

Loved the location of the complex and unit (first floor). It was Memorial Day week and the beach was somewhat crowded. Enjoyed the facilities and all they offered (two pools, tennis courts, hot tub, exercise room, beach chairs). Would book again.

We had a great 7 day stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Check in was painless and the being on the1st floor was great for coming and going to the beach. Still had a great view of the beach from this level.

Perfection

Beautifully decorated and well appointed condo conveniently located on the first floor. Very clean and equipped with what we needed to keep it clean. Location is great. Close to Thomas’s donuts, Runaway Island (best shrimp ever!) not too much traffic making it easy to get out of the complex to go shopping, out to eat, etc. lovely vacation spot in every way.
