The Cozy Cottage

Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!

The place was extremely clean and just as pictured and described in the listing. Bryana literally throught of everything there wasn't a single thing we wished we had but didn't. We had a wonderful stay!

Looking for a 5-Star Superhost? You found it. We stayed here for 4-days and this place is wonderful. Brianna is the perfect host and thought of EVERYTHING. Easy to get to and in and out of. Close to manitou springs and Colorado Springs.

Very comfortable and clean cottage. Fantastic bathroom and kitchen. Great location in Colorado Springs. You're never very far away from all of the things to do. Host was very quick to respond to any questions, or any needs. We would certainly stay here again.

The Cozy Cottage lived up to its name! Clean and well-stocked; the house is in a quiet area of the city, yet minutes away from everything. It was perfect for our quick stay. Bryana was a wonderful host who quickly responded to any and all questions - especially around where to go, what to see and where to eat & drink.Will absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage. It was very clean, had all necessary supplies, and was beautifully decorated. The surrounding area can be a bit sketchy so we did not stray much from the main strip. Bryanna was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We’ll definitely book here again if we’re in the area!

Truly a Cozy Cottage

The Cozy Cottage was everything we expected. The location is great with shopping, food,and adventures just minutes away. Check-in was a breeze and the space was clean and ready for us. We will definitely look for Bryana's place when we come back to Colorado Springs.

Cute little cottage

If there are two of you traveling to the beautiful Colorado Springs area, this cozy little cottage is the perfect place to stay. This property is perfect for 2 people. Property manager was so friendly and flexible, attentive and communicated well. We were close to so many sites and we always felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time!

My partner and I loved this cute little cottage. The check in process was quick and easy. The cottage was super clean and stocked with the necessities needed to enjoy our stay. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower that really hit the spot after a long day in the heat. The parking spot is also a bonus. Thank you so much for the great stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Cottage. It had a wonderful central location which allowed us to enjoy everywhere we wanted to visit in the Colorado Springs area. It was also incredibly quiet with private parking next to property and was VERY clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and clean

This was a cute little designer cottage. There were little extras that we appreciated. For parking, you have to go down a little alleyway but it's easy to find. The owner is easy to communicate with. We would stay there again as it's close to old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods and Glen Eyrie.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. We had an amazing time! As soon as we walked in it was so welcoming and comfy! The place had everything you would need for a short stay, and we were so psyched to be able to cook our own food in the kitchen with all the utensils. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend who’s going to Colorado soon, and she’s excited too. This place was awesome, and I definitely plan on staying again.

Ideal OCC Stay

This cottage was the ideal find for our 10 day stay in Old Colorado City. Of all vacation rentals we have booked throughout the US and even in Europe this cottage was truly the cleanest most well appointed accommodation. The host thought of everything and the decor was so well done. Nestled within other homes it was very quiet. Resting was never a problem. We highly recommend this property!
