The Cozy Cottage

Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Cottage. It had a wonderful central location which allowed us to enjoy everywhere we wanted to visit in the Colorado Springs area. It was also incredibly quiet with private parking next to property and was VERY clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The Cozy Cottage lived up to its name! Clean and well-stocked; the house is in a quiet area of the city, yet minutes away from everything. It was perfect for our quick stay. Bryana was a wonderful host who quickly responded to any and all questions - especially around where to go, what to see and where to eat & drink.Will absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage. It was very clean, had all necessary supplies, and was beautifully decorated. The surrounding area can be a bit sketchy so we did not stray much from the main strip. Bryanna was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We’ll definitely book here again if we’re in the area!

We had a great time!

My partner and I loved this cute little cottage. The check in process was quick and easy. The cottage was super clean and stocked with the necessities needed to enjoy our stay. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower that really hit the spot after a long day in the heat. The parking spot is also a bonus. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Great Stay!

What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The coffee and snacks available were a nice touch. Private parking space was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet relaxing getaway

This was perfect for just the two of us. We liked that the neighborhood was quiet but still really close to everything we wanted to see. It was very clean, really cute decor and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay in Old Colorado City. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Anniversary Celebration

great location and beautiful cottage

My husband and I have stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years and this was one of my favorites! The location is fantastic, very close to Garden of the Gods which we loved as well as close to restaurants and shopping. It was just perfect for what we wanted to do. The details in decorating made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend it!

We stayed at this property for one day and are very happy with everything. It's beautifully designed and renovated; the color scheme matches the entire house (from kitchen towels to picture frames, cutlery, bath towels, and cups). They even left some snacks for us (bars and apple juice). Whoever designed this place understands hospitality ;)) It's also 6 minutes away by car from Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs!
