Larger 3 Bedroom, 2 Âœ bath upper level Harborage Condominium. You’ll appreciate expansive views of Lake Charlevoix sunsets. Relax on the beautiful private beach after enjoying the tennis courts and golf practice area. Inquire with us about availability for our 32 foot slip at the adjacent exclusive Harborage Marina. Boats, boards and other water rental available at the nearby docks.

Your condo comes well equipped for cooking and grilling though you may prefer to stroll into Boyne City to enjoy the nice options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For children and ‘adult’ kids there are endless opportunities close by. Beyond boating Lake Charlevoix, one of the best lakes in America, there’s opportunities to kayak or canoe nearby rivers, paddle board, swim, bike or hike Avalanche Mountain Preserve. Fall and Springtime bring excellent fly fishing. During winter Boyne Mountain is minutes away for downhill skiing or snowboarding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Inside you’ll find our main level to include one king bed with renovated full bath and private deck. Beautiful newly expanded living room, new bar & frame TV with renovated main level laundry and half bath. Large dining room with seating for 6-8 with one of the best views in northern Michigan. Leading out to deck with stairway down to water. The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, appliances; truly a chef’s delight. Upper level includes sitting area with queen memory foam sleeper sofa as well as two queen bedrooms (one with a private deck and spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix) and newly renovated bathroom to share.

Our family purchased this home in Boyne City after many years vacationing all across Northern Michigan. We love the natural beauty, as well as the activities with easy access to surrounding small town destinations like Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and others for shopping and restaurants. We enjoy boating, supporting local businesses, music events, festivals and everything outdoor. Seven day minimum stays apply.

Gorgeous! Felt Right at Home.

As soon as we walked into this beautiful condo, I knew we picked the perfect rental for our winter vacation. The decor was modern, yet very welcoming. Everything we needed to cook at home, relax and have a great family experience was right here. I really hope to stay here again soon.

Beautiful Boyne

Pictures don’t do justice to the property. Without offending the previous property owners we have rented from, this was the nicest! Condo is well laid out. Furniture/appliances are top quality. We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed. Owners were quick to answer questions. Checkin was easy. 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths, lots of seating in the great room, 3 outdoor decks
plenty of room to spread out. Property is waterfront with great views across the lake. Fall foliage in Michigan is spectacular. Hope to return again.

Lovely Home !!

This condo, located in The Harborage, really can't be any better. You can walk to town, rent a slip next door, sit on the well maintained grass or beach, play tennis or go for a bike ride. The condo is decorated beautifully & is equipped with anything you might need. You won't regret renting this property!!!

Beautiful vacation spot

We loved everything about our stay here! The Harborage is beautiful, quiet and perfectly located, and this particular unit felt clean, fresh, and modern. My family loved walking into town (about a 10-minute walk) in the mornings for coffee at Lake Charlevoix Coffee Co. and pastries at Gilda’s, thanks to the host’s recommendation! We hope to come back again and again.

Holiday break

We took the kids skiing for after Christmas. The location was really good for all the ski resorts in the area! It was close to restaurants right in town and close to other areas as well. Condo was beautiful! Very clean and had everything we needed! We cooked in a few times and the kitchen was well equipped! Very spacious for our family!

It was my first time staying at Laura‘s property at the Harborage in Boyne City and my family and I had a wonderful time. 4th of July Stay

Lovely updated condo in the best location in Boyne! The unit was clean and well set up for our stay. The kids enjoyed the beach and we enjoyed the easy walk to town. Perfect location for 4th of July fireworks and Boyne Thunder viewing. Great family vacation spot!

The Perfect Getaway

This was my family's second time staying here and it just as wonderful as our first! The host are wonderful and the communication we received from them is great. Upon arrival you feel immediately welcomed and cannot miss the extra touches...like shampoo, body wash, a travel size tooth paste, hand cream, variety of board games, and more. The condo is beautifully decorated and the sunset views over the lake the perfect way to end the night.

Winter Escape

This property was a lovely winter escape for our family. The home itself was very clean and had all the amenities one could hope for in a vacation rental.
