Direct ocean views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and King & Prince resort grounds.

NOTE: The King & Prince Board of Directors has approved a project to remove all floor tiles in the walkways and to re-coat with a product that will enhance the walkway surfaces and eliminate tripping hazards. This project will be disruptive, noisy and in some periods, may eliminate the ability for access to condos. This project will be ongoing through November of 2024-March 2025.

Adjacent to the historic King & Prince Beach Resort are the oceanfront King & Prince Villas.

King & Prince 456 is located on ocean front and has great views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and King & Prince resort grounds.

Upon entering the unit, the open kitchen looks out over the dining area and into the living room—the open floor plan is ideal for socializing. The living room features a large, flat-screen television and cozy fireplace. Just off the living are is an oceanfront balcony for enjoying ocean breezes and watching the tides.

The residence features two bedrooms. The spacious master features balcony access and ocean views. The en suite bathroom has a large soaking tub, raised vanity for comfort and tiled shower.

The second bedroom features twin beds and an adjacent bath with raised vanity and shower/tub.

Please Note:  While this unit does have access to the South Tower pool it does not have access to King and Prince owned amenities such as the main resort pool and tennis courts. Should you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to us!

King & Prince, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! Villa was as described in listing- clean and cozy. We had everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms with extra bedding provided for pullout couch. Master bed could be upgraded as it was two beds put together and not very comfortable, but that was the only downside! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The view was priceless, however, the condo needed a once over; dirty floors, broken chair on Patio, heating vent blowing directly on face & the constant blowing would never stop. No notice of Private party shut down all Resorts restaurants. Very loud fireworks display late in the evening lasting over an hour. Not quite the relaxing experience we had planned for our getaway.

This property, location, views, cleanliness, and property management were wonderful. The unit itself is a perfect size for a four people. However, it needs major updating and upgrades. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the shower/tubs so outdated no one knew how to use them at first, and the decor overall was not as nice as I would expect from this location.

The tub in the master was horrible. Very difficult. The water for either shower was scalding hot or ice cold. No in between. Only 2 towels provided and when we called to request more they never brought them. The living room furniture was garage sale furniture. Very out dated.

Wonderful views from the patio... the beach was so close. It was nicely decorated, great layout , and super convenient location to the beach and pier area.

Christmas at the beach and dinner at the King & Prince

The views are fabulous being so close to the beach you can watch the winter surfers and hear the waves. Loved sitting on the balcony wrapped up sipping our morning coffee. Truly enjoyed being able to walk to Echo at the King & Prince for dinner - not having to get in a car and drive was a great amenity. Working with Hodnett Cooper is a fantasic experience - truly professional and helpful! Won't book through any other service for SSI again except HC! Thank you.

Super stay

Just as advertised and spotlessly clean. Only possible challenges: hall bath needs TLC/painting; multiple remotes for TV in living room. With no explanatory notes. Needs a working. Hair dryer. Beyond those minimal gripes, it's great and we'll look forward to returning to the unit

Great Location - Needs some updating

The location and view from the villa was great. Unfortunately, the sliding glass door from the living area was extremely hard to open/close and at one point got stuck in an open position. We called the after hours maintenance as we did not want to heat up the villa with the open door and hot temps, but no one ever called back until the next morning. We spent a good hour trying to close the door and finally got it closed enough that it would not affect the air conditioning from continuously running. The master bedroom sliding glass door had a note on it to not use, so glad nothing got stuck on balcony. The master bedroom mattresses are 2 twin mattresses put together and are NOT comfortable! The kitchen cookware could be better but was manageable. For a family of 5, we try and eat most meals in to save $.

Great location!!

Location of the condo is great. Really close to the ocean and pool was nice. Walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. The room was clean and ready to go. The condo needs s little TLC. Walls were cracked and paint peeling in places. Exterior furniture was very worn out. Overall, we had a great time!

Almost perfect stay!

Really enjoyed this unit and will stay again. Only complaint and is the sliding glass door closed twice on my fingers. A call to the management property and it was fixed within an hour. Also, the master shower is tankless water heater it takes a minute for it to warm up. Other than that a perfect stay!

Great location

The condo we stayed in was in a perfect location. The view and the sound of the waves were amazing. The ECHO restaurant was wonderful!!! My only complaint was the bed in the larger room was not at all comfortable. It was two twins shoved together and they slide apart just enough to make it uncomfortable.. We will definately come back. Short walking distance to town..shopping and dining.
