Nyligen renoverad med nya apparater, bÀnkskivor av kvarts, nya tegelgolv i hela, uppdaterade badrum och nymÄlade. Vardagsrummet har bÀddsoffa, stor HD 2D / 3D smart TV (55 tums skÀrm). Smart TV-apparater i bÄda sovrummen. Sovrummet har utsikt över havet med skjutbara glasdörr tillgÄng till verandan. Master har en king size-sÀng och 2: a sovrummet har en king size-sÀng. Det finns nya madrasser, sÀngklÀder, matsal och underhÄllande bitar.

VÀgbeskrivning: Kom pÄ SS Island och inom en halv mil, gÄ rakt pÄ kungens Way, - inte ta vÀnster gaffel. Resa ner Kings vÀgen (Ocean Blvd.) Du kommer till ett trafikljus i cirka tre miles, som Àr byn omrÄde (har piren och vagn pickups och butiker). FortsÀtt genom att grönt ljus, och gÄ ca 3 miles till nÀsta ljus (en varning ljus), och svÀng höger pÄ Arnold. Sedan gÄ 2 kvarter och precis som du kommer till K & P, gÄ till vÀnster till "North Villas", cirka 75 fot. Du kommer inledningsvis att behöva parkera utanför elektronisk grind dÀr, och gÄ vinkelrÀtt frÄn porten ca 100 fot, till hissar. Du kommer att se buggys bredvid hissarna, som tar dig till den 2: a vÄningen. UtgÄng till vÀnster, sedan gÄ till höger och huvudet mot havet sida, du kan höra eller se havet, men du kommer snart att se enheten 281, och ett lÄs ruta pÄ ledstÄng till vÀnster om entrén. FÄ passerkort och nycklar frÄn lÄset rutan. GÄ tillbaka till porten. SÀtt i ett kort i kortplatsen och gÄ rakt fram till avlastningszonen och parkera i det omrÄde som omfattas dÀr. NÀr lossas, backa ut, svÀng vÀnster och gÄ rakt fram till slutet, och du kommer att se 281. Du kan parkera i det omrÄde som omfattas eller pÄ nÄgot omrÄde som inte har ett enhetsnummer pÄ den.

Very welcoming host. Clean condo with great front row balcony looking at the ocean. The added feature which gave full access to the entire resort was a real asset to increasing our enjoyment. We would definitely recommend staying with this host.

This was a wonderful villa. The decor is excellent, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were very nice, the hosts were really easy to communicate with. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. A great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beach.

If you like ocean views


The condominium was very nicely appointed and very clean! The views of the marsh and ocean were stunning. The beach was never crowded. Corresponding with the owners was very easy, and getting access to the unit was the same. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and a brew pub. It was a great time of year to go and explore the island.We hope to return and enjoy this wonderful condo and St Simon’s in the future.

Best View on the Beach

We had a lovely time and the view of the beach was amazing. The sunrises were fabulous. Our condo was absolutely clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with our host was excellent. Their instructions for entry were very clear as were their directions. They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything you could want!

My mom and I travel to SSI every year for vacation and love staying at the King and Prince - just not in their condos. It's hard to find a privately owned condo that also gives access to the main pool, but this one has it all! The condo has been beautifully renovated, bathrooms included, and is so comfortable and sooo clean! We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!!! Laura is great to work with, too. Everything is well-explained, and she really cares about her guests. We will definitely be regulars!!!

Heavenly place

Our stay on SSI was absolutely dreamy. The most spectacular thing about our condo was its million dollar view of the large beach and majestic ocean. We were there for one full month and will always treasure our long wonderful walks on that beautiful beach. The condo was outfitted well and its proximity to the center of town made it easy to get around. We did loads of sightseeing and feel we really got to know the Island with all its beauty and history. The owners were available to answer any questions we had. An extra special feature is it his connected to the King and Prince resort and we were able to appreciate all it’s amenities. LOVED EVERYTHING!

Look no further, book this villa!

Staying at this oceanfront villa was such a pleasure! The location was ideal -- so close to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. It was spacious, clean, quiet, everything worked, and no bugs. The owners were responsive and pleasant to work with. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing trip! We loved the beach Villa the view is priceless! Super short walk to the beach for little ones ❀ my girls loved the kiddie pool with the slide. The owners were amazing and very easy to contact if need be! We will for sure be back!

This oceanfront condo, from its master bedroom, has the best view of the beach, the northern view; and is closer to where the ocean waves splash onto the beach, than apparently any other master bedroom on SSI.

We participate in the King & Prince guest amenity program which allows our guests to enjoy the King & Prince Golf Resort at a 30-40% discount. Also, there is a resort fitness center and large, heated, resort pools. Also, the Villas have their own pool, grilling area and heated Jacuzzi. King & Prince resort also has ocean front dinning at Echo's, as well as in room service.
