This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in the area. We were in town for a week for a family wedding, and the location, amenities, and home itself couldn’t have been better. The communication with the owner was top notch and I would definitely look forward to staying here again.

great location to ballpark, old town, shopping restaurants. pretty close to supermarkets too.very nice and accessible host (chris) who was able to answer questions and help out remotely.

Wonderful stay for Spring Training!

We had a wonderful time! Parents (big Bocce Ball players) loved the yard! We felt comfortable and at home - super kid-friendly! Very close to the stadium for Giants Spring Training games and close to the airport, downtown & anything we needed. Chris was very kind and accommodating and checked in throughout our stay.

Relaxing Getaway

A great place for our family vacation, which included two young children. The house was very clean and felt like home for the week. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants in Old Town & Arcadia and hiking at Camelback & Papago Park. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Arizona Stay

Stayed 4 nights to visit with family and this was the perfect space. Comfy for 3 adults, with each having our own comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked. Only thing missing extra trash bags and dish rags. Outdoor space was perfect for little nieces and nephews to run and play while we enjoyed the covered patio and firepit. Very nice home, would recommend and would book again.

Nice, Clean and Worth the Money

This property was very clean and nice. The property owner (Chris) was absolutely amazing and extremely attentive. The fruit trees on the property were a bonus. Nothing like fresh orange, lemon or grapefruit in your drinks. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect stay!

We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs in Phoenix and this one is definitely a keeper. It’s a great location. Close to old town Scottsdale in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the bocce court in the backyard and the grapefruit and oranges from the fruit trees. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We hope to be back next year for Spring Training!

Great Location-Wonderful Property

We had a family get together over the holidays and picked this home based on its reviews and location to Old Town. It did not disappoint. Location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Home clean and well decorated, well kept and very accommodating to our 5 adults. Kitchen was well equipped and accommodating. Property owner communication was great and very helpful with any questions regarding the property or area. We would definitely book another stay.

Beautiful property, great location!

We were in town for a girls weekend. Three of us stayed in the house and it was lovely. My friends commented several times that the owners thought of everything. The house was one of the best equipped short term rentals that we have stayed in. The location is an easy walk to Old Town, the beds are comfy and the neighborhood is quiet. The back yard is adorable and perfect for sitting outside on a pretty AZ day or evening. We will be back! Thank you for everything!

Close to everything

The house is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Communication with Chris was easy, friendly and helpful. He reached out personally just to see if we had any questions or concerns about anything. Location is primo, blocks to canal, shops, restaurants, bike rental, etc., etc. neighborhood extremely quiet. We will come again if we return to Scottsdale.

Great choice

The house was exactly as described: recently renovated, upscale house in neighborhood very close to Old Town Scottsdale. We were a group of golfers in town for the weekend and really enjoyed the back patio and bocce ball court in the evenings. Chris was a great host that was very accommodating to our needs and willing to help in any way. He was very easy to work with when setting up the reservation and was accessible during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Great house, great location!

Needed a VRBO for two weeks while doing home renovations. This house was the perfect place to stay with a great location. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, beautiful kitchen with a fantastic kitchen window that I will really miss! Chris, the owner was very communicative with me, and took care of us during our stay wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I purchased this home because it was one of few neighborhoods in Phoenix that was walking distance to so many different places. Within blocks you have top restaraunts, fun bars, fantastic art galaries, and events at the Civic Center, Art Musuem, Botanical Gardens, Zoo and Spring Training.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I have not found a property on VRBO that is in a better location. This is truly one of the few properties that is 'in' old town. Other properties that have 'old town' in the property heading are miles away. This house is blocks away.
